Calia and Andrew spend days and nights (if not weeks) hiking through the forest, wading through streams, trudging through a rain storms and sleeping on the ground, yet during all that time their clothes, hair and Calia's crossbow remain immaculate.
At 1:06:13 when they are trying to open the door, the door lever is horizontal. At 1:06:18 it's still horizontal. At 1:06:20 it's suddenly at an almost vertical angle without anyone touching it.
The batteries (and probably the chemicals) in the century-old instant camera would be dead at this point. Also, the photographs from an "instant" camera did not actually develop instantly as shown in the film.
At 1:07:15 Andrew carries Calia through a grain field, ripe for harvest. Since robots don't eat grain, there would be no need for farming and this field should not exist.
When Andrew is tied to the tree it is obvious he could escape by simply lifting the ropes over his head and slipping his hands out of the wrist ties. Yet, he just sits there as if he can't move.
When the two protagonists run across railroad tracks in the forest that supposedly haven't been used for "60 years," it's obvious that's not true. Tracks not used that long would be completely rusted, but the tops of the rails are shiny steel, indicative of continuous and relatively recent usage.
At 51:00 Andrew and Calia reach a wall where lay down on what is obviously farm-baled straw, which being loosely strewn, had to be scattered within the past few days. Straw disintegrates into dust with a few years, yet it has been 97 years since human were killed off. All straw would be long gone.
Also, there is a wooden wagon in nearly perfect condition, with still-inflated rubber tires in the background. The wagon would have rotted away by now, and the tires would be flat and faded to a gray color.
Finally, as Calia runs off a few minutes later, she runs past several fresh round-bales of straw, stacked at the entrance to the barnyard.
It has supposedly been 97 years since mankind was destroyed, ending all need for flashlight batteries. Yet, Calia seems to have an endless supply of battery power for her crossbow light and battery operated "tracker."
There are also many other anachronistic elements in the story, like a pristine shower curtain, a functional kerosene lantern, Polaroid camera with flash bulb, vehicles with still-inflated tires, buildings that should be piles of rubble by now, and many other items that would no longer be functional or available after nearly a century of neglect.
At 1:09 Andrew and Calia come upon an old bulldozer. The plastic seat covers and foam rubber cushions are still intact, when stay should have weathered away decades ago.
At 1:12:15 Andrew and Calia come upon a well-traveled and maintained path in the forest, despite nearly a century of forest growth with no humans to travel or maintain the path. From there they proceed to a wooden gate and fence, a wooden bridge and several wooden structures, all of which would have rotted away decades earlier without human maintenance.
When Andrew and Calia escape to Aurora the machines have accomplished their mission of ridding the earth of humans, yet they continue to pursue the destruction of the human race on another planet, an objective contrary to their original goal.
The bandits have supposedly been living in the forest for years, but their clothes are not worn and the men have neatly trimmed beards.
