Nora is revealed to be XS, Barry's daughter from 30 years in the future. In the comics, XS is his granddaughter by his daughter Dawn: Jenni Ognats born 1,000 years in the future.
Nora uses the word "schway" to express when something is cool or awesome. This word was first used in 1999's "Batman Beyond," which is set in 2039 of the DC Universe.
When Cisco asks who made the Flash suit that Nora hands Barry, she says that it was Ryan Choi, an incarnation of the Atom who first appeared in Brave New World #1 (August 2006).
Ralph mentions the possibility of Barry creating a timeline where he (Ralph) died in the particle accelerator explosion. Before Barry created and undid Flashpoint, Ralph did die in the particle accelerator explosion.
Cisco calls Nora "Billy Pilgrim". Pilgrim is the main character in Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse-Five, which tells the story of a character who becomes unstuck in time.
