First time Lucifer's liquor wall is seen almost entirely denuded of alcohol without anyone having been thrown into it.
This is the only time that Lucifer's more chiseled and toned season 4 appearance is any way noted within the show (in-universe, only one month and a few days have passed since the third season finale). Trainer Paolo Mascitti and Tom Ellis had a bet that if Lucifer (2016) were renewed for a fourth season, Ellis would undergo an intense three-month training regimen during the hiatus. Netflix soon picked up the show and Ellis and Mascitti set to work honoring the bet.
During the central fight scene, other, entirely separate brawls are going on all over the rest of the bar. Meanwhile, the staff continue service and a handful of patrons are notably apathetic, comically suggesting violence is such a frequent occurrence here everyone's become pretty blasé about it.
On the wall of the staircase in Chloe's apartment, one of Trixie's drawings features a horned and tailed red devil holding a staff or trident, with what appears to be a shadowy winged figure flying over his right shoulder.
