This DVD set marks the first time that any Faith No More material was officially available on DVD.
The back cover of the DVD states that the running time of Who Cares a Lot?: Greatest Videos is 120 minutes, when it is in fact only 1hr and 29min (89min). The mistake is on the back of the original VHS, and is probably where Rhino Records must have gotten that information.
The Rhino web site states that the DVD has been remastered with "Rhinophonic Authentic Sound", but on the DVD the logo is nowhere to be found.
The DVDs copy the exact content from the original USA VHS releases. Because of this, some of Faith No More's music videos have never been released on either VHS nor DVD. This includes "Ricochet" and "Another Body Murdered" which were left off the original "Who Cares A Lot" VHS compilation, and the live version of "Epic" which was only found on the Japanese laserdisc and VHS versions of "Video Croissant" in 1993.
Out of Nowhere segment was shot during a live performance at The I-Beam in San Francisco.
