The 'Les Jolies Eaux' (Beautiful Waters) villa, on the Southern tip of Mustique Island, Grenadines, was a wedding present from Colin Tennant (Richard Teverson), Lord Glenconner, to Princess Margaret (Helena Bonham Carter) in 1959. It was the only property she ever owned. The main house, in the neo-Georgian style, was completed in 1972. In 1996, Margaret presented the house to her son David as a wedding gift, who subsequently sold it in 1999 for a reported USD 2 million.
