My Secret Identity (1988)
Every comic book fan boy's dream come true.
Well, that comment wasn't exactly true. Every fanboy's dream would be to get a date, stop working at Wal-Mart,and get out of his parent's basement!! Onto the show!!! It's about a kid -Jerry O'Connell of Sliders- who after a laboratory accident, gains the ability to hover, move at super human speeds and is invulnerable. The show was half of a sunday night kid's block also featuring the Adventures of Beans Baxter. It was later moved next to the live action Superboy. If you are not a comic book fan, you won't get it. Slappy and the Stinkers (1998)
Stinkers Rule! Others Drool! And I lost two hours of my life.
AAAAArgh!!! In this almost Disney "made for TV" production value movie, we are introduced to the"little child outcasts that could". They, while on field trip to a Sea World-like place, decide to steal a sea lion....right. It gets better, the guy from the Fox Tracey Ullman show was also trying to steal it using an electro shock prod. Anyhow, the kids pull off enormously "wacky" stunts and... well, go rent Free Willy. Other highlights include: Bronson Pinchot as the half-wit bus driver and an oriental man in American flag bikini underwear singing opera....No joke. Snap up a copy quick, it'll be in the 99 cent video bin with GoodBurger....
