Hitman Hart: Wrestling with Shadows (1998)
It will change your life
This is a very powerful documentry about good and evil inside the unreal story of professional wrestling. Here is Bret Hart, an emotional man who believes in hereos for the WWF and would like people to understand the real art of professional wrestling. And Vince McMahon, a genius for wrestling who will do almost anything what's good for buisness. Even if it means to screw Bret Hart out of the WWF title.
In the end, it was both Vince McMahon's and Bret Hart's fault that night in Montreal. Vince shouldn't have lied to Bret about what he was going to do, but he should of told Bret... "You need to lose the title because I said so". Bret should have respected the decision in the end because his time was over. He should have accepted the fact that someone else needs to take over because his character was crumbling and should have shown a little more respect to Vince, the buisness, and the superstars. They all helped carry him to the top of wrestling and making him one of the most legendary superstars of all time.
I recommend that you will enjoy this movie to see the life of Bret Hart of his diffrent experiences of wrestling and his amazing relationship with Vince McMahon.
Boy Meets World (1993)
The worst TV show of all time
Not funny, not good, not entertaining, but bad bad bad bad. First of all, I hate to say this, but the acting is so bad, you have to avoid this show. I mean when Cory and Tapanga try to be serious in the role, you would probably know that you don't want to be an actor. Shawn's stupid jokes are not funny. I don't know why the director put up with that kind of thing. But I will say this, the story of the show is interesting, but the dialogue, directing, and acting is just way out of range. Either it's the director or the actors who have made this show fail. I have never seen a bigger joke on TV more than "Boy meets world"
Sleepy Hollow (1999)
What an excellent movie!
This is absolutely one of the most greatest horror films I have ever seen for our time! Tim Burton's creative directing was the most inspiring part of the movie. He takes this horror flick into a unique and even scary movie in a stunning performance.
Johhny Depp and Christina Ricci hit the nail on this one. Their acting performance is amazing. The costume design and dialogue were terrific. The set up was beautiful with the dark woods and lights in the houses. And the headless horsemen idea was entertaining and even funny in a different way.
Nothing wrong with this movie people. If you are looking for all around great, scary, and funny performances, then Sleepy Hollow is the movie for you. Enjoy!
Rush Hour 2 (2001)
It's greater than the original!!!
Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker are amazingly funny! The action and comedy they put on this movie is entertaining. I thought for a second the story would be a little cheesy, but it turns out that the whole plot goes together well with Chan and Tucker. Rush Hour 2 is the new movie for you and I recommend it's a worth seeing movie and in my opinion is by far funnier and has better fighting scenes than the first!!!
Ging chaat goo si 4: Gaan dan yam mo (1996)
Awesome!
This is one of the best cop stories I have ever seen. Not only does Jackie perform his martial arts well, he does a good job on his acting. The plot of the story and the action in this movie is excellent. Jackie is a cop who is trying to stop a missing nuclear warhead. But controversies come and go in the movie about the people involved in the warhead. It's very exciting and also funny. I recommend this as a worth seeing movie
Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001)
Horrible
Oh my God. This movie is one of the worst. It's all about the action, but even the action sucks in this movie. Angeline doesn't even look like she can throw a good punch or a kick. The martial arts was horrible too. This story will drive you crazy. The writers misleads the whole point of the movie and throw you off the chart. You won't be able to understand, but if you do, you won't see any good plot in the movie. The acting was good, but it was still wrong to make this. It wasn't there fault at all, it was the dialogue and the director. Avoid this movie at all costs.
Armageddon (1998)
For God sakes!!!! Horrible Acting!!!
This movie is one of the worst yet. I was really looking forward to seeing this movie, but it sucked. The one thing that ruined this movie was the acting. It destroyed everything. Bruce Willis, Ben Affleck, Liv Tyler, Michael Duncan, Steve B., Owen Wilson, and the rest were just pathetic. The people who chose them to play these characters should be crucified. Instead, the cast of "Armageddon" should have been replaced by the cast of "Almost Heroes". Chris Farley could have played Bruce Willis or the complete idiot.
Everything about it is bad. The characters, acting, story, and special effects were pointless. The only person that did deservingly well in this movie was Billy Bob Thorton. He was the one that saved the movie it a little bit. Mr. Affleck killed it the worst. He destroyed the movie before the asteriod could destroy the earth. He needs to go back to the studios and train for another 20 years in his acting career.
Do yourself a favor people and skip this movie. The acting will drive you insane. If you sit through 20 minutes of it... you will turn to your girlfriend and say "Honey, where's the sledgehammer???".
The Shawshank Redemption (1994)
Touching, Laughter, Astonishing
There is not much to say about this movie. Shawshank has it all. Good characters, story, and acting. It is not my favorite movie, but is probably the greatest movie ever made. Watching this movie made me think what life is really like. I was moved by every minute of the movie and when it was done.... I almost thought it was real life.
Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman are brilliant. You couldn't ask for anyone better for the part. Their acting in this movie made you cry and changed the turn for the movie industry.
This movie is worth every second, so don't miss "The Shawshank Redemption".
Shanghai Noon (2000)
Oh Please!!!!
Oh my God!!! What a horrible movie!!! The acting in this movie was bad and even the fighting scenes were a waste of time!!! This story could have been way better. If Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson were trying to act serious for the dramatic parts, they failed miserably. The story is a princess is kidnapped from China for ransom and the one and only Jackie Chan is commanded to save her and bring her back. Owen Wislon teams up with him so he can only get money. They waste their time by fighting a bunch of cowboys in bars who don't even work for the person who kidnapped the princess!!! So, let me get this straight. Are they trying to save the princess or are they trying to beat up bad guys so they won't be under stress. What is the director trying to do??? I don't understand one bit. People, for the love of God!!! I'm begging you!!! I'm pleading with you!!! Please!!! Please don't see this movie!!! The acting will bring you one step closer to the edge!!!
The Perfect Storm (2000)
Awesome special effects, but...
Horrible character description. The movie should have given more character description, then it would have had more meaning and drama. It could have been a way better movie. There is only 20 minutes discussing about the characters and the rest of the movie shoots out with action. The acting was kind of poor too. They are all good actors, but I thought this didn't fit for their kind of acting. However, this movie has tremendous action and it is so thrilling, you feel like your inside of it!!! It's about average. I give it 2 1/2 stars.
Scary Movie (2000)
Ah, Come On!!!
Why would anybody write this movie??? I agree with the other people that it's suppose to be stupid, but there's one problem and that is.... THE DIRECTORS SUCK AT MAKING IT STUPID!!!! I didn't want to see the movie in the first place and my friend urged me to watch. After watching 40 minutes of the movie and seeing absolute disgusting vulgar acts, I hit myself in the head 20 times and splashed water over my face to wake me up from dreaming, but it was real!!! And after seeing the stupidest ending of all time, I was about to get my gun and shoot myself!!!
The movie switches around every second and in the end you say..."What is the point in this movie?" "Who is doing this and why are they doing this?" But no answer. The movie could have been good if they didn't show the sick scenes and they could have had 4 unique stories. Someone could have told the stories and make a good point, but they couldn't do that can they. It's all about the weeeeeeed, the craaaaaack, the dooooope, and the seeeeeex. Why God, why scary movie??? I recommend you don't see this movie. You won't survive!!!
Tremors (1990)
One of the best thrillers ever
Tremors is my favorite movie of all time. The acting was great. I thought everybody in the movie had a good part. The character description was good also. Two handymen Val(Kevin Bacon) and Earl(Fred Ward) are tired of their jobs they get in Perfection Valley, Nevada. They decide to leave for better jobs. But when they leave, vibrations in the ground start to occur and it turns out, the vibrations are huge monster worms under the ground that eat people. The people in the valley must battle their way to the mountains in order to survive. The action is outstanding. I recommend Tremors is a awesome movie to watch with thrilling scences and funny dialogue.
