If you ever get a hankerin' to watch a bad movie, this should be it.
1 December 2003
Seriously, don't you ever just get in the mood to spend a weekend watching bad movies that you only know about because you've just spent an entire hour perusing the shelves of your local video store, you see the bad movie in question and say to yourself, "Well, the picture on the box is HOT, I like Westerns/Mysteries/Horror Films, etc..., I've never heard of this before, so it must be crap"? Well, if you do, this could be just the movie for you.

I have to agree with my fellow reviewer, with the exception of Bobbie Phillips nude scene, this movie is just plain awful, but I liked it just the same. This is the kind of movie you have to watch while you are in the right frame of mind. You know that it never got a theatrical release (hard to believe with the likes of M.C. Hammer and Bo Svendsun co-starring), you know that they don't make westerns like they used to and , because of that ultra-flattering picture of Bobbie Phillips emblazoned on the cover, you know that you are going to get to see a beautiful woman naked. With all that in mind, why WOULDN'T you choose to rent this movie?

So, in summary, this is a BAD movie with some HORRIBLE acting and a BEAUTIFUL female lead. Only rent this if you've got nothing better to do and are in the mood for one of the worst movies you'll ever see. If you watch it knowing what you're getting into, you won't be disappointed.

This movie made me wish I was failing French.

In reference to the previous user comment: I was one of those fortunate enough to go though puberty shortly after this film was released. Not a great movie, by any means, but for those of us to young to go into the "back room," this movie was a perfect answer. Unfortunately (or very fortunately, depending on how you look at it), they don't make films like this anymore. Teensploitation movies now are all very farcical and don't even try to take themselves seriously. Once you get past all the T&A, in this movie, you start to feel sorry for the actors in this movie who actually have some talent. They seem to be trying very hard to make a good film while carrying some of the blandest people ever to grace the silver screen. If you long for some fond memories, pick this up on a boring weekend while everyone else is out of town.

Growing Up Brady (2000 TV Movie)
This was a great way to spend a Sunday night!

I enjoyed this TV movie. It wasn't a great artistic endeavor, but neither was it's subject. The whole thing felt like a two hour Brady Bunch episode. It gave insight in to how the cast related and felt about the show, but focused mainly on the relationship between Barry and Maureen. Through the whole movie I wondered about two things, 1. What does Maureen McCormick think about this, and 2. Is that Eve Plumb playing Florence Henderson? (it wasn't). I liked this and thought it was a great way to spend a Sunday night.
