Not for everyone
30 July 2019
This revenge film is not for everyone, to say the least. The story is great, but the movie is extremely violent. The first 30 minutes of the film are hard to see, and for a lot of people, even hard to tolerate. One could argue that the director needed all this violence to properly portray the abuse against women that occurred at that time. A powerful experience, from which we do not emerge unscathed

A masterpiece

Fantastic movie, so glad I had the chance to see this at the Cannes Film Festival ! IMO, it is just as good as Pulp fiction. Great actors & great dialogues, as usual!

A flawless artistic masterpiece

It is with a real delight that we rediscover the simple but deeply intense pleasure of WATCHING a movie. "The Artist" stands out for its neoclassical photography, the many homages to the world of the 7th art, and the perfect balance between humour and emotion.

Inspiring

Becoming a painter full-time... a hard, but inspiring choice. This film/documentary will awaken the artist inside you. Fun fact: the poster was created from an original painting made for the film.

Great movie!

Thor Ragnarok is probably the best of the three films in the trilogy! There was a definite change of direction, more in the spirit of "guardians of the galaxy": a lot of comedy and jokes that mix well with a lot of action and fighting. Great movie!
