Gotham Knights (2023)
Gotham Knights is a win
What a pilot episode! Just a taste of what is to come. The sets and art direction ties us to the iconic universe and at the same time brings us something new and fresh. The imagery and production draws us in and the storyline Makes us crave more. The style is fresh and yet brings enough elements of the Batman Universe we know, for us to make the connection. And the cast is on point. It's exciting to see Misha Collins on the screen again!!! He brings a promise of what is to come. The team playing our heroes, bring a freshness and a style that promises to be memorable and stalworth. Can't wait for more!
The Winchesters (2022)
Great prequel to a great series
I am a big Supernatural fan. I enjoyed the growth and development of the series characters and storylines. This is a clever telling of how Supernatural began. Lots of great characters, with the makings for a lot more great storytelling. Interesting actors, fast-paced action, characters with original personalities, colorful sets and art design. This series shows promise and potential for making it's own mark in the genre, just as Supernatural did. Building on the success of it's predecessor, this show has come roaring out of the gate, and never once slowed down. Can't wait for more - Buckle up and let's go!!
Roadfood (2021)
A Refreshing Take on Celebrating Diversity, Food and What Connects Us
An Inquisitive Man Explores Food and Culture - and it's delicious!
A chance to sit and eat, and meet your neighbors. An opportunity to learn some history, and see the "now" that resulted. Roadfood, hosted by Misha Collins, is a beautiful combination of history, food and learning about your neighbors around you. Misha is the perfect person to guide us on this excursion. He greets each new guest with the type of humility that is born of true kindness. He listens with an open heart and open mind, to the stories of culture and food, through the lens of finding that which connects us all. He welcomes conversations from all people, and all perspectives. He doesn't avoid people whose opinions differ from his. Instead he welcomes peaceful discussion, and that makes for a refreshing take on the food travel experience. Meeting people and learning about their way of life. It is a celebration of true diversity.
The Roadfood crew is amazing. Misha often finds opportunity to share the experience on camera with the crew. This creates an experience that sets it apart from other food shows. Misha makes us feel like we are all on this journey with him, standing next to him with his crew, enjoying the experience with them.
I look forward to there many, many more seasons to come. We will all be the richer for it.
