Locked Up Abroad: Trauma Express (2022) Season 15, Episode 1

It was hard to rate this for me because of the very sad, back story.

Although I cannot complain, because the last, "Banged Up Abroad" I watched (because they have not filmed any), was SIXTEEN YEARS AGO (2007).

So yes, I enjoyed it but I cannot lie, being a woman, a heck of a lot of tears fell while watching. Way more than usual.

It's the same excitement as usual (it was my favourite show), when a young person finds her life in despair, as she said in the episode, gets on a fast train leading nowhere, and she never wants to get off because her reality was just too sorrowful for her to cope.

It starts, pardon me, in either Australia or South Africa then heads either north or to Africa, goes to Spain, and finally Peru.

It's fast moving and kind of exciting, but kind of not because we all know the familiar story. Enjoy.

I Am Shauna Rae (2022–2023)

bratty, disappointing, and ungrateful

I tried but Shauna's poor poor attitude is just too much to tolerate. Someone mentioned above about how she started with a migraine after her poor step father hit her head accidentally with a piece of cardboard. I suppose she wasn't getting enough attention so she started crying (very annoyingly).

Then when she was at the costume store for her Halloween costume none of them fit and the ones that did were too juvenile. Then a couple of minutes into it, she told her mom she was having a panic attack just because the store owner wasn't paying enough attention. Her family should let her move out!

MARSMII: for the guy or gal that said Lisa Whelchel was too old

I do not think that Lisa Whelchel was too old for this role and that he, Paul Shanks should be cast with someone waaaaay younger, I really don't agree with you.

Geesh, she was ONLY a 53 year old mother to a 18 year old daughter! AND I'll do the math for you: she was ONLY THIRTY-FIVE YEARS OLD when she had this fictional child!

LIKE WOW, GIVE ME A BREAK. Or moreover, give us women a break, unless you are a woman, and then shame on you.

BTW, If the subject of women aging is the only thing that you can put most of your focus on, it's gotta be a touchy subject for you, yourself.

Love, Again (2015 TV Movie)

Boring Saturday Afternoon

Boring Saturday afternoon, rainy day nothing to do. Fell asleep on couch, woke up and couldn't find the clicker.

The movie in mention was playing. Nice scenery. They said that it was Maine but I figured out quickly that it was my home town - Vancouver BC. I noticed the two main characters were my age which doesn't happen often when you're 50.

Anyhow found my clicker, checked what else was on which turned out to be zilch. Turned it back to Love, Alive.

I'll admit, I fell asleep again, woke up wondering where I was. After coming to, I was trying to remember what I was doing before. It finally dawned on me that I was watching Love, Again, and I must have fallen asleep while watching.

Luckily I have a feature on my tv that allows me to rewind. So I rewinded it to where I'd estimated that I had fallen asleep, watched the rest.

I must say that it was a little corny but all in all i quite enjoyed it. The husband wasn't bad looking, and it ended nicely because the couple decided to get back together.

A Fatal Obsession (2015)

God Awful

OMG, I had to turn this "movie" off after 10 minutes. The voice DID NOT follow what was on screen. Sound terrible. Screen unusually dark. Eric Roberts must be so desperate. Eric, you're acting days are over. Fire your manager. You should consider this your ROCK BOTTOM. I'm sure you have friends who need yardwork done buddy.
