Solar Opposites (2020– )

Unexpectedly Great
10 May 2020
Before watching the show I thought that it would just be a less good remake of Rick and Morty, except TV-MA instead of TV-14, meaning more swearing, sex and violence, but I was extremely wrong. All the characters are hilarious, every episode is better than the last, the animation is great (less good than Rick and Morty because it is less ambitious but it is still aesthetically pleasing), and the voice acting is perfect. It does take a while to not hear Rick Sanchez when Korvo speaks but that isn't important at all. As well as Justin Roiland (voice of both Rick and Morty and the main character of Solar Opposites, Korvo), Thomas Middleditch (Silicon Valley), Sean Giambrone (The Goldbergs) and Mary Mack (Golan the Insatiable) star and are incredible in the roles. Overall, despite the whole series being a mere 3 hours long, I thoroughly recommend it and if you like Rick and Morty, you will 100% like this. I give it an 8.5/10. Enjoy!

A cross between the late seasons of Two and a Half Men and Pineapple Express

And that is NOT a compliment. Definitely not a compliment. What more is there to say? It's GARBAGE. They think that they can fake unfunny jokes seem funny by adding a live audience that are paid to laugh at whatever stupid jokes that the Uwe Boll of writing, Chuck Lorre, can cough up. I do not recommend this series. At all.

BoJack Horseman (2014–2020)

Not only the best cartoon ever, but one of the best TV shows ever created
14 February 2020
When I began this series, I had absolutely no clue how incredible it would prove to be. I was a fan of adult cartoons before seeing BoJack, I initially expected it to be one of those shows with some funny moments and occasional good messages, however upon viewing, my mind was completely blown. It was first recommended to me by a friend and I saw a few episodes, I thought it was okay but not amazing, but later on the new season (at the time) came out and he recommended it to me again, I picked up where I left off and after a couple more episodes, I was entirely hooked. Never before had I seen such hard-hitting, heartbreaking, emotional topics handled so elegantly, whilst still consistently achieving hilarious humor. In my opinion, BoJack is the second best TV show ever to exist (the first being Breaking Bad) and I 100% stand by BoJack as being the best show on Netflix, way better than the pathetic excuses for shows like 'Paradise PD' and 'Big Mouth'. I recommend this show to the moon and back, but get the tissues at the ready.
