The Internship (2013)
Funny, Persuasive and Sportsmanship
First things first, I must say that you'll enjoy the actors Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson who delivers a great acting in their roles as Salesmen.
This is a great movie that depicts the Industrial age salesmen entering the world of Information age.
I love the way they present the evergreen skill: sales and how does one approach such a job.
Both Salesmen Billy and Nick find themselves unemployed in this new information age filled with digital influence in every industry.
Instead of fighting or resisting the new normal, they take a chance and become interns at Google.
From then on it's all about how they adapt themselves among the young tech saavy genius interns and how Billy and Nick contribute with life experience and team building.
Just watched this movie again and I learnt a lot even though I've already watched this movie once.
It's that good, filled with life lessons, fun and experiences.
I highly recommend everyone to watch this movie once, because it correlates so much with current wave of Artificial Intelligence and AI tools, and how we can also adapt in our new world.
The Power of the Dog (2021)
Slow-drag movie, yet deserves the watch-time
Cons:-
- This movie was a very slow drag with its drama. It was a very boring experience and required so much patience to watch till the end.
- Although there was some depth in the characters, there were so many plot holes to continue towards one direction of the story.
- The movie was not very entertaining because of the very elaborate nature of the storytelling.
Pros:-
- The director, Jane Campion questions the conventional way of creating a character drama movie, with his work on this movie. And hence I think he deserves an Oscar.
- The cast of this movie gave a wonderful and compelling acting performance.
- The cinematography of the movie is really amazing. You become a part of the rancher's life in Montana.
- Yes, the movie is a slow drag, but it takes time and patience to digest the drama and connect the dots.
- So, for the general audience who are used to fast-paced movies can feel disappointed with this movie. But I will still recommend watching this movie when you have the utmost patience and time. Sink in with the plot and then connect the dots. It takes a while after the movie to understand the subtlety of the movie.
Butterfly (2022)
The worst thriller movie of the year
My expectations for the movie Butterfly based on the trailer was very high. The trailer looked like a fast-paced crime thriller. In reality, the movie was a slow burn, especially in the first half.
The plot of the movie was expanded and explained too much, it ended up as a dragging and boring experience till climax.
The reason this movie deserves 1 star is the twist and climax of the movie, that justifies it's a movie that belongs to the crime and mystery genre.
Watching this movie for the new year absolutely spoiled my new year vibe too. 😂 The one thing I ended up liking is the first IMDb review for this movie and I absolutely understand how that person like the rest of the audience must have felt after watching this movie.
Overall, this is the worst thriller movie of the year I've ever come across. So, try to take these points into consideration before watching this movie.
Léon (1994)
Action-packed movie also filled with love
This will be one of the best Hitman movies I've ever seen and bet it will be the same experience for you as well.
I love the performance of the top casts in this movie. Jean Reno gives a highly engaging performance as the Hitman. Natellie Portman performs at her best with a strong female character at hey very first movie as a debut. You will experience a strong maturity of life through her acting and dialogues. Gary Oldman also surprises us with his impeccable character as the DEA agent.
The bonding between Leon and Mathilda is warm, heartfelt, emotional, and funny. The apprenticeship between them is equally engaging and badass.
Overall it's an acion-packed movie also filled with love that will melt your heart!

Terminator Salvation (2009)
Resistance and Retribution at it's peak
Christian Bale and Sam Worthington absolutely crushed it with their acting performances to set the powerful characters in this movie.
Christian Bale does a wonderful job with the characterization of John Connor who influences the resistance a lot throughout the movie for what they stand for: To fight the war against machines
There are a lot of Easter eggs that the Terminator franchise fans will love, that fills a lot of missing pieces and connects us back to the original Terminator movies 1 and 2.
The visual effects, fight sequences, terminators and explosions are more surreal in this movie.
Overall you can experience the Resistance and Retribution at its peak in this Terminator movie that leads this franchise towards salvation.
The Terminator (1984)
Scary, Futuristic and Mind blowing Sci-fi Movie
The Terminator is one of the best science fiction movies that narrates the story of machines versus humans.
This movie is filled with so much violence involving gun fires, explosions and car chasing scenes that will give you chills and keep you at the edge of yours seats.
The cast did an amazing job at making this movie feel real. Arnold Schwarzenegger gives a career-changing acting for this movie.

Free Solo (2018)
Thrilling, Exhilarating and Magnificent Documentary I've ever seen
Free solo is a great documentary that covers the life story of the legendary rock climber, Alex Honnold who attempts to climb and conquer the first free solo climb (meaning: a climb without any safety rope) of famed El Capitan's 900-metre vertical rock face at Yosemite National Park.
You'll get a front row seat to watch how Alex Honnold grew up to become a Professional rock climber and achieve several free solo climbs around the world.
You also get to understand the mindset of Alex and the people around him, teaching us valuable lessons throughout the end about doing the impossible!
The documentary as a whole is about whether or not, Alex can reach the summit of El Capitan at Yosemite National Park, while you along with the crew members and the production team will experience the thrill every minute.
Personally, my palms at both my hands and legs were sweating, eyes awe-struck till the very end of the documentary.
Overall this one of the most Thrilling, Exhilarating and Magnificent documentary I've ever seen.
The Usual Suspects (1995)
A classic crime thriller
The usual suspects is the one of the best crime thrillers I have ever seen. It's such a Classic movie for a reason.
The movie depicts the underworld in a very detail oriented way. You get to experience the world of theives working on freelance gigs, teaming up with others who were part of the lineup of the usual suspects. Hence the movie name.
I love the non-linear way of narration in the movie where you have the theives on one side and the cops on the other side. One part of the movie juggles with the past and one with the present.
Great casting. Love the storyline.
Over all, this one's an all-time classic crime thriller.
The Hurt Locker (2008)
Brutally Mind-Blowing Movie
Experience the brutal reality of soldiers fighting overseas for life and death.
You'll witness how clueless it gets for the men and women who go on one mission. It gets so hard to differentiate the enemy from the public.
All that's left for these soldiers are each other.
The movie focuses more on Seargent who works in the bomb squad. He never loses his cool. He's a legend when it comes to disarming bombs. I love the way his character is portrayed. It's life or death for every bomb he defuses, so rolls the dice anyways and saves the day.
We can feel the routine and understand the emotions that this is true for every soldier who fights for their country. That's what this movie brings to the table.
Awesome direction. Great casting. Stunning visuals.
Overall this one's a brutally Mind-blowing movie.
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017)
Heart-racing, Intensive and Empathetic Movie
The movie puts you right into the shoes of the emotions experienced by a loving mother seeking justice for her daughter. And experience the expressive scenes from the movie from the mother who fights for what her loved one at all costs against the broken system.
The mother takes extreme lengths to showcase questions to the police department through the Three Billboards Outside that's present in the outskirts of Ebbing, Missouri. Hence the movie title. And that leaves everyone in the town and the audience in awe-struck.
I love the pace of the movie going straight to the point. It also exposes the cracks in the justice department when right and wrong people have the authority.

Change
This episode is all about bringing change and understanding the surprising results.

Now, this is brought to the attention of Doctor Bailey and an external examiner, Minnick, to assess the problems. The examiner monitors everything in the hospital and suggests changes then and there. This brings chaos among attendings, whereas the residents become happy with the results. Slowly everyone understands that change is right and necessary.
The personal lives of the characters continue with ups and downs. But at the end of the day, the ones who discuss tend to come up with solutions.
