This is one of those shows that is life changing. You think about it after you turn if off each and every time. You think about it after it is completely over and you long for more. I delayed watching the last few episodes because I just didn't want it to end. This show is high caliber and would place it with the likes of masterpiece Downton Abbey. The acting is wonderful. I really enjoy how the British have a knack for fully developing a character. They made Ross Poldark multi-dimensional and utterly believable in his complexity. Ross' utter lack of self control and hot temper angered me on multiple occasions. However, Ross is overall a very likable character that wins viewers over each time he faulters. This is the brilliance of the writing where you can love and hate the character at the same time. They have made Ross undeniable human and imperfect just like us all. Marvelous show!

I thought this film was hilarious! I am American and appreciated the mockery of the horrible US President. My only wish is that they had mocked him more. It was great!! Bravo! My 9 year old daughter loved it as well!!!
