Spaceman (I) (2024)

Beware that this is not SciFi

If you like and expect SciFi turn around. This is not SciFi. If you like movies where you have no idea what is real and what not and like to analize that and the character(s) then this is your movie.

Me personally I like SciFi and not anything I have to analize. I want entertainment and not homework. The two stars are for the visuals which are really good.

Spoilers ahead (only because I did not reach the required characters):

The Spaceman is all alone which is as far as I know not done.

He is characterized as a selfish man which he is....that is all the analizing I did.

He (in my opinion) thinks up a huge spider that wants to 'help him'. OK...the huge space spider then shrinks away.

I reached the reqired characters and will stop now because like I said, I did not go any further with my 'thinking' about the movie.

It's not for me.

Legion (2017–2019)

Sorry I don't get it - kudos if you do

I like action, I like fantasy, I like sience fiction. I don't get this, though I must admit I am only in Episode two but I have enough.

The show sounds interesting but it is hopelessly confusing.

• he is schizophrenic
• the goverment kidnapped him and wants to kill him
• another branch of the goverment (or indipendent group?) got him
• he has powers, he is telekinetic
• no he is telepathic
• no it's even more
• oh it's just a dream
• oh it's reality and he is in that goverment facility
• then he is back in the past through dreamwalking (or whatever)

It is all just a mumble jumble of scenes and I can't make any sense of it - sorry. I am done wasting my time.

If you decide to watch it I hope you get more out of this than I did.

Sorry but Chidi giving up all he has with Eleanor was just bad, weak and selfish. He could not deal with seeing his ex who after a mind whipe has no idea who he is? Well that is just...Eleanor should be furious with him and not crying.

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (2009)

Normally I love animated movies........

I am a huge fan of animated movies. From 'Wall-E' to 'How to train your dragon' from 'Toy Story' to 'Finding Nemo' to (yes) 'Frozen'. I just love them. 'Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs' is definitely not an animated movie I love or even like. One cliché after another. The absolutely unintelligent, stupid 'villains' there to hate without a real purpose (I'm not even sure how that is possible) just like the 'heroes' (who are not likable and couldn't produce an intelligent thought at all). In the middle of the movie I gave up and pressed 'forward' because at least I wanted to find out how the movie ended. The ending was just as useless as the rest of the movie. I did not enjoy the movie.

This review does not contain spoilers because after just three minutes into the movie I already gave up.

The standard was so extremely low that I could not even bear to continue watching. I am sorry I lost just the three minutes of my life!

That should be all you need to know about the movie but since I need 10 lines of text for the review I will continue to tell you to NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF.

Extremely flat jokes.

Visually not tasteful.

I hated everything I saw in this three minutes.

Go to the dentist and have a root treatment for more fun.

DO NOT WATCH THE MOVIE AND STAY AWAY!

Universal Soldiers (2007)

Bad Bad Bad Bad Movie. WARNING: DO NOT WATCH IT!!!!

If a negative vote would be possible, I surely would give one to this film. It's bad dialogue, bad acting and NO story at all. I'm not a big fan of Jean Claude Van Damme but I liked the first 'Universal Soldier' film. The second was OK. But this one is just horrible. It's not even useful as background noise while doing chores. I was waiting for nearly 15 Minutes for the story to begin. Then another Charakter showed up and the badness began. My first thought was 'who wrote this garbage?'. My second thought was 'I have to warn people not to watch this cr...p'. When I came to IMDb I saw that other people already did that, but I'm writing a commend anyway. Do yourself a favor and don't watch it (many other comments here already said that - listen to them). You would have more fun pulling your teeth.
