The Fugitive (1993)
The ending was too drawn out
Great movie. Dr. Richard Kimble is convicted of murdering his wife and sentenced to death by lethal injection. But a bus crash gives him the chance to escape and find the real killer to prove his innocence. Samuel Gerard and the police are on his heels, though, every step of the way. And he miraculously doesnt get killed.
So far so good.
It just is that I felt the ending was too drawn out. After identifying the killer and getting inside the killers residence, the movie should have ended there. At least he would have taken him and forced him to confess to who played him do it, which is his rival dr. Charles Nichols. After building up confrontation with the killer, his encounter with him at the Subway felt subdued. Instead the climax of the movie is with dr. Charles.
Cliffhanger (1993)
Agent Travers plan doesn't make sense
If you think about it, agent Travers only needs Kristel, her co-pilot Mike, the Treasury Jet Pilot and Qualen (with his international connections to move the currency) for his plan.
He doesn't need the rest. The less people involved, the more money for agent Travers.
The Devil's Advocate (1997)
Al Pacino's performance in this movie is scary
The movie itself is 7/10, but Al Pacino's performance is 10/10. He carries this movie. I didn't like Keanu Reeves' performance, thought he looked novice. You would expect a successful attorney who's never lost a case to look a bit more confident than that. Also, I think the movie is too long, it should be shorter. It just drags on for too long.
