Lucifer: Partners 'Til the End (2021)
Thank You
Amazing final season, definitely did not disappoint. I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes trying to process everything and trying to make out words for this review, but all I can say is Thank You, to the showrunners and writers. Just thank you for this show.
Lucifer: Goodbye, Lucifer (2021)
Most heartwarming episode, and very rewarding
For someone who has watched this show from the beginning, this episode was everything. It's somehow both extremely heartwarming in the context of the season, and the context of the entire series at the same time. Truly one for the fans.
As for the ending, we shall see how this all plays out in the finale.
Lucifer: Yabba Dabba Do Me (2021)
Cartoon Lucifer!
Really great Hell-centric episode, I enjoyed this a lot. This episode probably won't get as high of a rating as it deserves, because some people will see this as a gimmick episode, and tend to really dislike those (even though I think they fit perfectly for a fun show like Lucifer, loved the Musical and Black and White episodes). But the Cartoon gimmick is only a quarter of this episode, and ties well into the story they're trying to tell with the man in Hell, and I also found it really funny and well done. Everything else was great too, especially Dan!

Season 5B - Wow!
Season 5 has turned out to be one of the strongest seasons of the show so far. There was a perfect balance of every element that made the show great.
The introduction to God was shocking in the first half of the season, and did not disappoint in the second half. Dennis Haysbert did a great job in his role.
I also love how nearly every plot point introduced in the first half of the season were resolved in the second half, and none of them disappointed! Instead they made for great moments and episodes, some of the most memorable of the entire show.
Also, I just loved the entire tone of this season (and last season). I can't wait to watch it again but from beginning to end. I still remember the Michael-centric episode in the beginning of the season, the dark vibe of that one made it one of my favourites of the whole show.
Also, the actors this season were phenomenal as ever, especially in the second half. All season long Tom Ellis did a fantastic job at playing both Michael and Lucifer, it truly felt like they were two different people, that you didn't even have to think about it. The rest of the cast were great too, and I think D. B. Woodside was a huge standout this season, he definitely was at his strongest.
The penultimate episode was one of the most emotional of the series, and the finale one of the most shocking. Truly a great season all around. Must watch!
Lucifer: Resting Devil Face (2021)
Hooked so far
I'm loving the tone and feel of this half of the season so far. I can't put my finger on it but it just feels like Lucifer at its prime. This episode focuses on God's relationship with Lucifer, and how he may have messed up in some ways. I loved the talk with Trixie and God, and I'm also loving every interaction with Dan and God. Also, finally something positive happens with Maze! And that cliffhanger is intriguing. Everything seems like it could lead to something great.
