The Mothman Prophecies (2002)

One of the most beautiful films I have ever seen

The film is simply terrific, fantastic special effects, good plot and a really shocking and surprising ending! This is really a horror film mixed with a thriller that has respected my own perspectives. I suggest it to all the people who liked films like "The sixth sense" and "The others"...It's almost a masterpiece of his genre!

Not Another Teen Movie (2001)

If it's not another teen movie, it's another stupid american movie, according to Shriek and to Wayans Bros, tradition...my friends and I want some king of intelligence comicity, not the same usual only comicity based on sex, vibrators, bad words and farts!

Soul Survivors (2001)

What a film!

Horrible and non-sensed plot, unknown actors for a film that (I think) wanted to repeat the success of Final Destination. Failed. The trailer was more exciting than the film...I think that saying this is saying all about this production. No suspense, no thrilling, no horror...just 2 hours of nothing!

Gladiator (2000)

Fantastic special effects, but...

"Gladiator" is really a good film, we all know it...but I'm from Italy, i have studied Roman History at school and I don't think the plot is realistic...Russell Crowe wants to fight against the emperor, who goes down on the ground of Colosseum and accepts to have a duel...well, spectacular, fantastic...that's a pity however that emperors used gladiators as slaves and the only gladiator who wanted to fight against the emperor (his name was Spartacus..maybe someone knows him!) was killed in a cruel way...why accepting that duel so? why going down in the arena? Spectacular choice, but a little fantastic and anti-historical!

Cast Away (2000)

Why not only Tom Hanks needs somebody else on that island

The film is really the Tom Hanks show! He's alone on that island, he's a survivor! He resists over 4 years on that desert island (I don't think anybody except Patrick De Gayardon could make it!) and the film has no plot, no dialogues and it's terribly boring for the public hearing only "splash splash" for more or less 1 hour. What about two survivors on that island? Well, maybe Tom Hanks would have not been nominated to Academy Awards, but maybe we could have heard at least a complete phrase in that empty hour! The audience needed dialogues, not only Tom Hanks on the desert island!
