The School for Good and Evil (2022)
Good movie.
I liked the movie, for those who like harry potter will also like this movie. It's like an alternate harry potter.
The film deals with the fight between good and evil, where there is a school that trains / educates its students in order to acquire skills and defeat the rival school.
It's a lot of fun, because it brings unusual characters, such as Peter Pan's Captain Hook's son, King Arthur's son, fairies, magical creatures.
Visual effects are ok, interesting soundtrack by britney spears in an evil tone.
For those who like harry potter, it's worth watching. It will bring a good experience in a different format.
I Came By (2022)
Sorry, but i dont liked it
When I saw a summary of the film, I expected something else, maybe something like horror, psychological horror, suspense, drama, but for me this film is even difficult to mention what type of film it belongs to, cuz for me it lacked proposal/objective.
The boy who was apparently the protagonist of the film, slips in the pool of blood and is injured to the point of being knocked out by an elderly man?
Unfortunately, as the film progressed, I lost interest in watching it due to lack of story construction. I finished it just out of curiosity and regretted having watched it. One of the worst endings I've seen
I was amazed at how many people liked this movie.
Valhalla (2019)
So...
I like Norse Mythology, I think it's amazing.
I found some very interesting points in the film, they are:
The thor resurrect one of his goats after devouring it.
Adding the importance of humans to mythology, essentially at the end when Roskva comes into contact with fenrir.
Having placed a giant beside Asgard.
Access to bifrost will be granted by gods without Heimdallr.
Thor is not represented by a strong young man with blue eyes and blond hair.
Thor told the story about the fenrir in beginning.
The Nordic mood added to the film, and the importance of goats to Thor.
However, due to the negative points, equilibrium occurs. Due to not having the copyright to be able to explore Loki, this greatly diminishes the potential that the film could have.
The villain has no enriching potential.
They could have explored the other gods.
The fenrir was very poorly produced by CG.
The eye of Odin idea was cool, but it looked like Gandalf from LOR to me. The wisdom that it should have was not explored at all.
For those who like Norse Mythology, the movie is worth seeing for some interesting details, but it's not something that will make you admire it for the rest of your life.
