Dinosaurs! Nasty creatures! Check!
8 June 2023
I loved it. First it began a little chewy, but then I enjoyed the acting, actors and scenery. The effects were also fine, no critics here. There were action, dinosaurs, nasty gooey creatures and a bit of the protagonist's drama from their histories, which was comprehensible for me. I don't understand those bad ratings and reviews, since there is a lot of REAL crap out there, but I guess I don't have to. I really appreciated a new movie with scifi, prehistoric action and a little bit of Jurassic Park mood when the well-known enemies are trying to hunt the protagonist's down. I really liked the survival action and can recommend this film. 10/10 - because 5,4 is way too low for such a good movie!

Grease is not the word here
10 May 2023
Right from the start I had the feeling that series like Riverdale were sent back to the 50s. Coming of Age etc., everything that's hot nowadays has been packed into a Grease adaptation. In addition, musical inserts whose ghastly auto-tune singing sounds plastic and unnatural. As set up and clean as the whole production. Let's be honest: did you really think you could fill such a topic with modern vibes AND at the same time put it on a scale with the great cult film? If that was the plan, then I'm out.

If you value modern and artificial entertainment, are probably of the young generation and didn't celebrate the original film as much as we used to, you will probably like the series.

Beef (2023– )
Masterpiece
27 April 2023
While you watch the characters arguing and fighting against each other, their surroundings slowly go mad or fall apart within their war as well. So many times you may think "why the heck didn't they talk to each other?" or "why are they so angry?" the answers are not that simple.

So lonely both have been, raised in different worlds, now crashing together. The story is very good with lots of examples of the modern world and our society. Good is not always good, and bad not always bad, there is always more to that. I loved the actors, Steven Yeun is such a great actor and finally seen without TWD. I love BEEF and highly recommend it to you.

Die Hart (2020– )
Laughed really hart :-)
25 February 2023
Kevin Hart is known for his self-humor about his career and his short body size. He can clearly laugh about himself and this is shown here in perfection.

His joking reactions are so funny, I really enjoyed the show. I was quite surprised by the appearance of John Travolta, I guess he found the fountain of youth.

All in all it's a movie about Kevin, playing himself and doesn't want to be the funny tiny man anymore... but one kind of an action hero. He is tired of being the small funny guy next to Dwayne Johnson and goes to a action hero class.

I like Kevin Hart very much and this film is definitely worth watching. If you don't like him, better stay away.

Emotional and beautiful
24 January 2023
I do not understand why people rate this as cringe or stupid. This is a very beautiful and romantic piece of art, where a modern woman meets an old legend.

Both main actors are stunning in their own way. Their love is, as the legend tells, foreseen and as they meet, there is an undeniable magnetic atmosphere between them.

And they are acting actually great and quite convincible. And it is nice to see a bit of the turkish culture, such as festivities with music or dancing.

It's full with quite beautiful pictures and scenery all along.

All in all I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next season.

Hellhole (2022)
Creepy endings
6 November 2022
This one is actually good. There is a gloomy and creepy mood all over and it haunts you, till the real horror begins. Don't underestimate this polish movie because it is not Hollywood or because some found it lame. Give it a try. The film contains spooky elements combined with slashy/ gory ones, so be warned.

The story is there, there are those ghastly (lost places) elements and the actors and the filming crew are doing a good job.

I don't know why people reduce movies like that to their limits. Our world is full of artificial people and films, let's get back to the roots where cgi wasn't everything. 10/10.
