Pokemon konsheruju (2023)
Cute and Adorable
It's so sweet and relaxing animation. Had a great fun watching it. This adds a new dimension in the pokemon universe as the series successfully shows the pokemon world from a different perspective.
The stories are short but they were impactful. Each episode gives us a message especially the last episode teach us a great life lesson.
The main protagonist was great as it should be. The other characters were also unique in their own way adding different colours to the story.
The animation was top-notch. This animation make the pokemon much cuter and adorable making the anime so sweet to watch.
Also the song was too beautiful.
Finally, Psyduck as the main pokemon was a treat for me. Personally Psyduck is my favourite pokemon and it looked so adorable making the series an absolute blast for me.
Jalebi (2018)
Such a realistic tragedy love story. Surely a hidden gem.
The concept of the film was very different from the typical Bollywood films and the emotion of the film just hits the perfect spot of heart.
Excellent story telling along with brilliant acting from the actors specially Rhea captivates the audience. The emotion of the film was so true and was nicely expressed. The love story was realistic and the tragedy was devastating.
Most importantly the film delivers some real life strong messages. From my perspective, no matter how deeply you love, the end result will always be the one that was bound to happen. Stay true to your personality and dreams. Respect and consider his or hers also. Stay happy by the happiness of your loved ones.
Every love story doesn't have a ever-lasting happy ending, but every true love has definitely no ending.
Domestic na Kanojo (2019)
A Below Average Anime
The anime mainly revolves around a boy who is the main protagonist, his teacher Hina and her sister Rui. The story is about the romantic feelings of three for each other.
First of all the character design was good. The opening soundtrack was also unique.
The concept of the anime is good. But the plot how the story goes is not much unique as it can be gussed sometimes. Moreover, the love triangle between three step siblings is a bit of fantasy story. It had some mature scenes as well as some mature concepts were presented like strp-sibling relation and student-teacher relationship.
The ending was not bad but could have been worse. To me it would have been far more better if the outcome was handed in a more realistic way.
Hige o Soru. Soshite Joshikousei o Hirou. (2021)
Good anime but didn't like the ending
The concept of the anime was simple and had some strong messages. The episodes had the charm to attract the audience and watch it till the end.
The anime depicts the relationship between an adult and a teenager, more like a mentor-learner way than lovers. The story is about a teenage girl going astray and she is being motivated and helped to come back to the right track. The mentorship motivates her to confront her past mistakes and look forward to future. The side characters really add up to the romance spice.
But everything was fine which was ruined by the ending. The story would have been much better if the relationship between Sayu and Yoshida would have been kept as helping and adult and helped teenager rather as couple at the end of the series. Despite developing mutual feelings for each other, the relationship could be a pure bond developing from helping each other.
Would have rated higher if the last 2 minutes of the series didn't exist.
Overall a good anime but the ending ruined the chance of it becoming a very great anime.
Tsuredure Children (2017)
Heartwarming and Real life High School romance
The anime was so good that almost feel like it's real. A bunch of short stories narrated with realism makes this anime so lively. There having so many plots didn't make the story a boring rom com and also set a comedic mediocre.
The anime had so many characters and each of them differ from one another having their own personalities. This makes the anime wholesome. Almost all of the stories were so realistic that one can truly connect to himself. The anime shows true high school romance consisting failing to confess, not able to express feelings or being shy etc. These stuffs really touches the heart of an audience as everyone faces these kind of situations back on those days.
At last, this anime is full of comedy and realism enough to make you nostalgic.
Otonari ni Ginga (2023)
Very adorable story that everyone can connect to themselves
The anime is so charming. The character design and animation was really good. The plot of the story was simple yet strong and so captivates the heart of the audiences. In my opinion, the dialogues were pretty good and really had some impactful meaning.
The romantic plot or the love story was depicted so simply that actually resembles the real life relationships between two hearts. The story had inner meanings. The story was successful to show the true feelings of oneself in love and truely depicts the way how two hearts really come together to form a single one. The romantic plot was like an emotional poetry that clearly resembles the real life experiences one faces for true love. Also the love and care for younger siblings is emotionally so satisfying.
Sadly most other anime fail to show the real bond and real life relationships forming a fantasy among the audiences. But this story was exceptional in that respect. By this anime one can really understand in reality how a real life relationship goes and how the true feelings for one another really should be.
In a word, a wholesome rom com anime without any cringe and unrealistic romantic relationships.
In my thoughts "This a called a pure realistic romance anime" which is really rare.
Tonikaku Kawaii (2020)
Honestly I'm disappointed
First of all, being a 19 year old Asian I just really can't connect the main protagonist with a 18 year old asian boy although it's a Japanese anime. Yes the concept was pretty good but it never reached up to that standard.
From the very opening even from the trailer, it really teases that two young teenagers get married fatefully and the female lead is somewhat a "Moon-Goddess". To be honest first couple of episodes was good and then it went downhill. Only the first 4 episodes was going with the pace how it should be, revealing various details like Tsukasa's sister, her home and most importantly a moon rock. The moon rock made the series look really interesting as it looking to unfold the mystery of Who Tsukasa really was. But it was a real shocker when that side of the story was never unfold. Like, it was one of the main story but despite running for 2 seasons we didn't get to know anything about the "Moon-Goddess" and that's really disappointing.
Again, as an Asian background anime the relationship shown between the underaged couple was really much more mature than it should've been. First couple of episodes really shows how the relationship between a 18 year boy and 16 year girl should be as it shows what is like to become married at a very young age with all those embarrassing and blushing scenes but after that it really took to an older level making it like newly couples aged 24/25. Also 1-2 kissing scenes in every episode later doesn't make the romance anything special to remember. The romance scenes were also much bold than it should've been considering the age of them being 18 and 16.
The opening soundtrack was really great. Besides the animation and character design as also good. But the storyline was really boring as the plot never moved forward. Also the story becomes too cringe with the compliments about smell, hair, figure of Tsukasa being a mention in almost every episode.
Bokutachi no Remake (2021)
A Masterpiece Anime
Remake Our Life" is such type of anime that will touch your heart as well as your soul. One can relate the series to himself and it gives you many life lessons along with lots of motivations.
The Anime series has a great storyline, direction, cinematography and dialogues. The animation is top notch and along with the music it gives a very enjoyable and satisfying experience. Especially the background music gears you up and fills you heart with joy. It is really visually stunning.
The twists and turns that make the story unpredictable and interesting.
The characters are well written and all the characters get their time to shine within a short span of time. The amount of emotion woven by the characters is really a rollercoaster ride which makes it impressive. The romantic subplot adds a different dimension to the story.
The story is morally uplifting. This one of those rare anime that goes beyond one's expectation and becomes a beautiful experience that every individual should experience himself. This anime can be rewatched many times as it gives a lot of in depth thought for your real life (specially for the teenagers) that could hit you hard in reality.
