Speechless

The show's visual effects are absolutely stunning, from the intricate designs of the various alien species to the stunning landscapes and space battles. The show's cinematography is also top-notch, with thrilling action sequences that keep viewers on the edge of their seats.

What sets "Star Wars: Andor" apart from other Star Wars shows is its ability to tell a compelling story that is both action-packed and emotionally engaging. The show explores themes of sacrifice, loyalty, and the human cost of war, providing viewers with a thought-provoking and deeply satisfying viewing experience.

Overall, "Star Wars: Andor" is a fantastic addition to the Star Wars canon that will delight both hardcore fans and newcomers alike. With its talented cast, stunning visuals, and gripping storyline, this show is not to be missed.

Fun Ride!
6 August 2021
If you don't take yourself or this movie too seriously, you'll enjoy it for what it was meant to be. Just lay back and enjoy the ride. Filled with classic French humor, parody, funny script. I'm a JCVD fan, so enjoyed seeing him in a light hearted movie with some good action scenes. I watched it in French, with English subtitles. The only way! Enjoy.

Imagination

If Hollywood's 300 gets hi praise this blows it out of the water. For all the bad reviews it's possibly because they didn't approach it with the right frame of mind. It's not meant to be realistic. But the cinematography, sound, poetic lyrics, and underlying metaphors are simply brilliant. If you approach this like you did sin city, 300, or any other cgi based pop culture film, you will love it. Enjoy.

Few words

If you like westerns and don't need all the flash and overdone gun fights, but appreciate good script and acting, you'll like this movie. Just watch it.

Forgettable
11 February 2020
I've seen many war movies and documentaries. This one in the end left more to be desired. Starts off strong but fizzles due to a weak screenplay and uninspiring lead acting. I just didn't feel enough for the characters when the movie would appear to be based on emotional character development. Furthermore, while cinematically pleasing, it lacked authentic scenes like the battle of Ramelle. Worth a watch however.

8 for Acting; 3 for story, so I give it a 5
8 December 2019
Acting is superb and starts off strong, but gradually begins to linger. It is a show about divorce and yes that is all those emotions. But what is the message? Unsettling and longer than it needed to be.

Let's all fall in love
27 November 2019
I shut it off after three episodes. Right after the robbers and hostages started falling in love after one day!! Got comical actually. No thanks. Horrible script. I want those hours back. Grossly overrated.

Season 3 Masterpiece!
30 March 2019
If you take the time to soak in the characters and pay attention to the dialogue, you will appreciate it for the beautiful masterpiece that it is. Very well written and acted. Cinematography was top notch. Very eerie at times. Makeup fantastic as well. Mahersha and Dorf has amazing chemistry. Acting all around was on point. Only gripe I had is it can get a little confusing keeping track of the three different timelines, but once you get it down and all know all the characters by name, you will love it. No clue why the bad reviews. Perhaps people grew impatient. It took me a few episodes as well and several sittings to even get through the first three, but after episode 4 I was glued. Enjoy!

Still looking for its identity
26 February 2019
Movie is made with so much arrogance it stinks. For such an amazing true story, the movie completely failed to capture any emotion or thought provocation. The cinematography seemed cheaply done and I think the movie never figured out what it wanted to be. Comedy? Drama? Like a disco flash? Come on 'Spike' you can do better. Or maybe you can't. Adam Driver and Ryan Eggold were the only two strong actors in my opinion, and they carried the movie.

Hilariously. Epic.

I feel sorry for anyone who cannot relate to the humour in this show. The script and writing is quick witted and intelligent. So many one liners, that come in waves, you'll be rewinding often to ensure you hear them all! Very clever and entertaining. Not for snowflakes who get offended easily.

Tween drama
24 January 2019
I shut it off after she fell on the train tracks after being stumbling drunk after one shot of alcohol and Joe is there to save her. Who writes this nonsense? This is nothing more than a teen flick. Next.

Brilliant
19 January 2019
Absolutely brilliant. I gave this a 9 only because the story is a remake. Movie would have failed if it were not for the phenomenal acting. Major credit to the producers to risk it on lady gaga who is showed she is raw talent. Bradley cooper is amazing. Thought provoking emotional film. Definitely one for the collection. Enjoy.

Solid 7 but no more
27 December 2018
Good thriller that is captivating from the first scene. However there are some weaker scenes with poor script. The directing could have been a bit stronger as some things were just too far fetched. The finale was ok but rushed. The pacing could have been a lot better. Overall however it was still enjoyable as it moved quickly and was never really a dull moment with a strong plot.
