Bohemian Rhapsody (2018)

Very disappointed!

I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I should write one for this movie watching it 2 years after its initial release. In my opinion this movie doesn't really have a story to tell. The only thing that kept me from leaving the movie all together was all the excitement I was getting from Queen's songs. I really like Rami Malek as an actor but he did NOT do a great Freddie Mercury. His British accent was way off and 70 percent of the time was just American! Among the other British actors, it was really obvious Rami Malek cannot pull off playing a British character. Overall, I was very disappointed watching this movie. The Oscars have really become too political, otherwise Rami Malek simply did not deserve to win an Oscar for this.

American Ultra (2015)

I expected "Adventureland" but I was fooling myself

I was excited to see this movie, specially after its director complained about how people didn't support the movie and it was under the shadow of other blockbusters. Oh well, I was all set to see a good movie but it was boring. Acting was fake and the plot was foolishly not well-maintained. I mean if you wanna show some stoners, at least have the decency to use real smoke. Not some computery cloud that was not even well-rendered.

Over all, This movie could fill up your lazy Sunday afternoon when you have nothing to do and bored out of your mind. Otherwise, don't expect a great comedy as you will not see one.

Argo (2012)

Spectacular movie!! Review from an Iranian

When the movie was released I was strongly against the movie because, well, It was about my own country and my people. I was fighting myself to not watch this movie but I finally did and it really convinced me. Argo is inspired by a true story and it's true and if you ask any Iranian, they'll approve it. but it really doesn't mean that it hadn't been exaggerated! Sure, the situation in Iran back in early 70's was a disaster and people had been brainwashed by Khomeini but it doesn't mean all 35 million Iranian people were the same. These wildly acts continued to the Iranians respectively and that was the point when Iranian understood their wrong choice. But, Affleck's movie was pretty convincing and every time got my heart pounded that I never knew what's gonna happen next even though I knew the story itself. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 9/10 my point to ARGO.

This Is the End (2013)

One of the best comedies I've ever seen!!!

Okay, we all have seen a lot of comedy movies but they were not good as we expected. Or we always had to wait for a scene to laugh and t only made us to smile a little bit! This is the End is a great movie! Surprisingly good. They are a lot of scenes that you get surprised and that makes you laugh hard. The plot of the story is based on true character names and that makes you wonder are they really the same person in the real life? It was confusing because some part of the movie was exactly about the real characteristics of the actors and that's what I like about the movie! I think this comedy is far one of the best comedies I've ever seen. Highly RECOMMENDED!!! 10/10
