Bodies Bodies Bodies (2022)
Good twist and spunky script
Great movie from the outset, you could say this is a typical comedy horror flick that has some
Nostalgic slasher elements that hark back to films like Scream and who dunnit thrillers, But this Gen Z film is a refreshing take on the slasher stalk style with a different twist to the ending. The script And acting is good especially. Rachel Sennett from Shiva Baby. Great to watch at the cinema if you fancy something new and quick to watch.
Mank (2020)
This film is for a Niche Audience
If you are a lover of old movies and interested in the studio era and Hollywood era then this film is for you! It's beautifully filmed in the style of an old movie using all the old film style techniques and music to add suspense. Fabulous acting! I can understand the bad reviews because if you watch this film not having any knowledge of the industry or time period then it may not hold your interest! As a lover of films I found I had to really concentrate at times but I kept going and I'm glad I did as it gave me more insight into the truth behind the power struggle for writers during this time period and how Citizen Kane was not just all about Orson Welles!! Definitely worth a watch!
White Lines (2020)
Loved it!
Ignore the terrible reviews, I loved it, it might not be everybody's cup of tea but if like me you were a raver in the 90's and you love a good murder mystery with some sexy actors then you'll love this! Nuno Lopes who plays Boxer is incredible, where has this actor been hiding?!? I loved the way it goes back and forth with past and present characters, the younger characters from the 90's are played brilliantly! Give it a chance it's exciting stuff!
The Conners: Tangled Up in Blue (2018)
Give it a chance
We love this show, we love all the characters, yes it's difficult without Roseanne, and maybe they shouldn't have killed her off, maybe put her in rehab or something but it needs better reviews than this guys, come on!!
