Babylon (I) (2022)

A journey - decadent and absolutely lovely

This is definitely not a movie for the morally declined people. It's decadent, grotesque and absolutely wonderful in every way, shape or form.

This starts you of at the beginning era of film and the decadents of the 1920:ies. Then it lets you follow the lives that was and will be. We follow three mayor characters that leads us on this journey through cinematic history.

There journeys do have a tradical end just as the era the movie portrays.

This film makes you panic, cry and laugh if you are the type of person that can keep an open mind and see this for what it represents and not so much let you're morals comfy you.

A must watch for the film art lover.

The Flash (I) (2023)

A fantastic movie

A movie is not just one person, and despite one being not very good. The rest of the people made one of the best dc movies of all time and that deserves to be celebrated.

It's unexpected, fast, fun and emotional.

The extreme nostalgia make the movie 10 times better, just the fact that Michel Keaton said I'm Batman is perfection. And he is brilliant all the way through.

We also get to meet wonder women and super man, supergirl was fantastic.

This is to put it in to perspective, the best superhero movie in years. DC should have found a way forward from this instead of just going with a new comedic universe with will be inevitable with James Gunn steering the ship. Even though Gunn is great he is not "DC" :)

Andor (2022– )

So good & so boring

This show is really good, well played, great characters but at the same slow paced without suspense. If it slow paced it sort of need suspense, because without it, it's just boring.

It feels like they spent to much time on the first episodes on characters that serves no point in the main storyline. And this is also one of the biggest downfalls, to many characters and to many plots and subplots. There is no way to keep track of everything and the messy story and the slow pace just makes it a boring show that you have no chance of understanding.

The should have started the show at the robbery and kept the pace up. And maybe pushed the romance plot a bit harder. It would have made it more interesting.

And maybe made 5 episodes and kept the whole story, but told it faster.

Returnal (2021 Video Game)

Boring beyond belief

You die, go back to the start of the game and replay the same level over and over again. You never keep you weapons so you always start with a crappy handgun(that can not kill everything). So play for 5 hours and get zero progress.

I don't know what the point is, there is no clear enemy, and that might have bin fin, but there is no reason no hints on what do do. Just, run die, return to start.

It's just has no variation to it, nothing. It's just one level one room, killing the same boring things over and over again.

Don't buy it, luckily I have have the disc version so mine is on sale as we speak. I can't understand how anyone can like this.

There is no mystery besides the music and the dark environment. And the environment is not ps5 jaw dropping. Feels more ps3...

Ms. Marvel (2022)

Great Disney show for kid 5-10 yrs

This is not a marvel show for adults, in fact it has no marvel feeling at all. It does however have a Disney feeling and should have been published under the Disney brand.

This is not made for the marvel audience, if it was "Disney" dropped the ball on this one.

I hope the She hulk will be a Marvel show and save the brand...

The Batman (2022)

Portentous crap, that is just boring. Trying to be artsy and cool and sense it's trying instead of being it's just shallow crap..

It's to back and fort with a mysterious voice over that needs to be there otherwise the movie would make no sense...

Wu Assassins (2019)

Story an dialog is pretty weak, dialogue is on par with a 70s show trying to be cool. But somehow they manage to keep it fun.

Fight scenes are really good and keeps you hooked.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021)

A long 90-ies scene without a story

I have no Idea of why they were really fighting, it felt arbitrary like they just made up something randomly that didn't really make sense. It felt more like a 80ies story then an modern MCU story.

This is not a superhero movie, and maybe that's why they lost me, because I was expecting a superhero film. Not a B movie type story with better special effects. This might be the last MCU movie I will ever see, it is that bad... I might make an exception for Captain Marvel II... :)

If you are not from Europe, it's probably a strong 5. But if you are from Europe and you like "schlager" this is for you and it will be a 12.😂

The recognition factor is of the charts, and Rachel Mcadams makes the funniest role of her career. It's just.. Forget it, I can't put it in to words... Just see it 😂😂😂...

Season one and two was intellectually challenging, and for the intelligent audience, you needed to think to understand the show. One of the few shows that did that.

Season tree, boom, crash, bang... Generic sci fi show about the evil corporate equivalent overlords... And robots... Sucks...

Season one and two, a 10! Season 3, should have just canceled the thing...

Critics seams to hate it, they are wrong! It's extraordinarily good.

It's a better version of game of thrones, and I love got.

It's takes it's time to develop the characters and plotts. It doesn't just run in to action, witch gives it some deapth. A must watch!

Batwoman (2019–2022)

It's ok, don't beleve the troll machine

It nothing special or anything, but it's ok. Descent story, descent character's and yes a female hero. It's a 7 not a 3, that's just stupid. I really don't get why this gets so many politically motivated hate reviews. I don't get what so political about it, it's just a good action show. :)

His Dark Materials (2019–2022)

It's good but boring.

It's good, it's well played and greatly written. But put that aside and it's just a bit boring. The plot is not clear, and to much happen that make little sense.

I think this is aimed at young children, ages 6-10. But it's to close to R rated for it to be the actual intent.

They also teased great actors, that isn't really in the series.

Watchmen (2019)

It's not bad it's just sooo, booring. :). Stopped watching after one and a half episodes.

No watchmen characters, just other new characters. Perhaps a week reference to Doctor Manhattan. It doesn't feel watchmen, this is a totally different thing. Not for me at all, hopefully someone likes it. :)

I've seen a lot of comments about it not being historically correct. They should look up the meaning of drama. ;). It's a thought experiment, and an interesting one at that.

It's not trying to rewrite history, it's trying to answer the question. What if?

Joker (I) (2019)

Maybe it because I´m not a Joker fan, but the melancholy and depression in this movie is just to much. I feel like the movie has one message, feel bad. And Jerad Leto´s Joker was a bit more fun, in a non fun kind of way.

I just don´t like when movies try to hard to be "artsy" and deep, especially when it´s a Batman villain.

And also the hole "feel bad for the bad guy" thing might have worked for Thanos, but not for the Joker.

I was so bored that I almost left the theater. But that is just me, obviously a lot of people like it so good for them :). I am truly glad for there sake. :)

The I-Land (2019)

Forget lost and matrix, and even how well played or written it is. It not a piece of art.

But it is entertaining, that's it. Don't go in thinking it a deep drama. Because it is not. It is just entertainment.

Beforeigners (2019– )

Best Nordic series of all time

Never before has a Nordic series bewn so well made and so well played.

The takle real world problem in a surreal world.

A lot of heavy subjects but also som well times comical reliefs. And with that still manage to be a good detective story.

A must watch. Can't wait for season 2. :)

Alien (1979)

One of the greatest films of all time

This is one of the best and most epic movies of all time.

At the time this was also one of the most groundbreaking films for starring real female hero.

The visual effects are realistic and creates a very deep sense of immersion in to the the story.

It also have some of the most copied cinematics and most quoted line of any film.

See it, put it on your bucket list. :)

Doom Patrol (2019–2023)

The show is dark and interesting, it has depth and is intelligent.

A must see for sci fi/streampunk masterpiece.

Super disappointed with this show, iam not very political. But this went from being great superhero action and character development. To down right Marxism. Don't understand how a capitalist network can approve this new storyline and message. Disappointed!

Miracle Workers (2019–2023)

At ep 3 it starts to be better and at ep 4 it's very good.

It's a slow starter, but it needs to be, we need to get to know the characters better. And since you know the characters you will like the show much more and the comedy will make sense.
