The Whole Truth (2016)

Worst courtroom drama like ever!

This has to be the worst ever courtroom drama ever i have ever seen in my whole life. There no plot and the twist at the end is really laughable. Take my words, avoid this turkey with a 10 meter pole you will thank me for it. Any the practice episode is better than this turkey of a movie.

1/10 , if there's a minus 10 points i would give it -10.

Wonder Woman (2017)

What a letdown

Wow, what a letdown. I enjoyed the 70's TV series so much. What a waste of budget. Gal Gadot needs lots of acting lessons. Not a single good thing to say about this movie. I can't understand how it managed to gross so much at the box office, maybe because she's sexy and show a little bit of skin.Lots of WAR propaganda, which is personally not my cup of tea. The special effects are second rate at best. Chris Pine looks sexy though.

1/10 don't waste your resources.Better use it for studying if you are student that is. Or if you're an idiot go ahead and watch it, but i can guarantee that you wouldn't like it.

Wilson (I) (2017)

Avearge movie.

The movie didn't make much sense to me. Maybe after a second watch i would understand it better. That makes the movie unwatchable. My friend gave it a 5.8 had some laughs, maybe he is older and understands the human relationships more.

2/10 from me and 5.8 from him.

A Good Year (2006)

Boring as hell

Don't believe all the good reviews here. This movie is very badly directed. There's no humour , little romance, little chemistry among the characters and the story is very lame. The only thing nice about this movie is the château. That's why i am giving it 2 points.

From a 10 (alien prometheus ) to a 1. What is Ridley Scott thinking. The writing is so bad in this movie. The space ship looks very 80's. The special effects looks like they use the technology from 10 years ago. The story is quite confusing too. There's no good point that i can give to this movie at all.

2/10 for pity sake else 1 point.

MacGruber (2010)

Worth A Watch

It's worth a watch if your expectations are not too high.It has it's funny moments and irritating moments. It was supposed to be a parody of the 80's TV show Macgyver , however it was far from it, which i am glad.

Terrible Mess of a movie. I have no idea what's going on. There's no plot. The screenplay is in bits and pieces. The only saving grace is Alexander Skarsgaard.Apart from that , the movie has no humour, no drama, no nothing, Just a bunch of people talking crap and shooting at each other.

1/10 maybe 1.5/10 for the cute Alexander Skarsgaard.

Predestination (I) (2014)

Wow. Mind bending.

All i can say is wow. I was totally enthralled by the movie. So many unexpected twists and turns and all done in a beautiful and exciting way. Totally unexpected. The end could be better explained but i don't expect much because of the paradox of the time travel is unexplainable.

Watch and be taken for a mind boggling ride. Enjoy!

Fanny and Alexander (1982)

Weird and beautiful

I just recently watched this movie. It was filmed in 1982. I normally don't like old movies like Fellini etc. but this one is okay. It's quite slow however it's quite nicely done. I like that the movie effortlessly blend in supernatural and reality.

Give it a try. It's a little dated but you can see that's very well directed and written.

I always like Period drama. This movie is just average. It's just too fast and too many characters to follow. The old English language is a little hard to grasp. I admit that my English is not that good unfortunately. I would have to watch it again to fully appreciate what's going on.

Hanna (2011)

Frustrating Movie!

How frustrating . It started out so mysteriously good with much suspense and many smart questions to keep the viewers guessing what's going to happen next like who they are and why they have to hide from the world. why did kate blanchett wants the girl dead. And why Eric Bana and Soiarse Ronan have to meet in Leipzig. ALL the questions from the beginning of the movie are left UNANSWERED. It ended with just some shooting and struggling. The End. Now that's a very frustrating movie.

2 points for the snow scenes in the beginning.

Wow. I haven't been so entertained for a long time. This movie is so cleverly written and directed and acted. I wasn't bored even for a second. The whole movie has a sense of quirkiness to it. You don't know what to expect next. And the ending was good too. Don't believe all the haters out there. This one is definitely not to be missed.

This is not a good movie. It's pretty long and boring. I only give it 2 points because of the special effects. The perfect storm which is another disaster movie is 10 times better than this. This movie has too many jargons that left the viewers not knowing what's happening half the time.

Exodus: Gods and Kings (2014)

Visually Stunning Movie

A visual stunner. At a lengthy 2hours and 30 minutes, it doesn't seem so long. I was fairly entertained with this biblical tale. I was particularly impressed by the special effects and cinematography of Egypt.Kudos to the special effects team. The direction could be better , the story could be better told, as i am little lost at times since i don't know the story of Moses. Luckily i have a friend sitting beside me filling me in the bible story.

I am glad i watch it , and not believing all the terrible reviews this movie garnered.

Tommy's Honour (2016)

This movie is full of golf jargons that i can't understand. It's quite frustrating to watch something that's so alien to me. It shall appeal only to avid golfers. To a non golfer like me , i find myself totally lost. The acting is good , the scenery is nice but that's about it. I can't recommend this movie to anyone except to maybe those who understands old Scottish culture and people who likes golf.

Pitch Perfect 2 (2015)

Pitch Perfect 2 what a load of crap. I can't understand how this movie get a franchise, a third movie is coming out soon. The first pitch perfect was terrible, this second part is almost as bad. Rebel Wilson is NOT funny. Anna Kendrick is lost in this movie. Hailey Steinfield is injected for some blood but couldn't save the show.

2/10 cos it's just a little better than the first one and that is an awful 1/10.

The effects and cinematography were great. The story could have been simpler to appeal to a broader audience. This is no doubt a high budget movie but fails to utilize it's resources to it's full potential. The story is confusing and not so interesting. The acting is so so only. I would recommend that one should watch this movie if haa extra time in hand.

Pretentious Gay Movie

This is a typical wannabe arty farty school project. There's little story, little acting, no drama, no suspense just empty dialogues and random scenes that lead to nowhere. First time director trying too hard to achieve something he can only dream off left the viewers empty and disappointed. The only good thing is that it is a short movie.

0/10 from me. Take it from me avoid this movie at all cost.

The half half has some promise.It just gets a little boring after awhile.There's little character development from the main character. The act of revenge and execution is not stylish enough. And the jokes are not funny enough and seem in odd places. I can see that is a very low budget movie with so few extras in the town.

This must be the worst movie i've seen in a long time. It's one hour and half of people crawling on the floor,shot, bleeding, screaming and constantly shooting at each other. After 45 minutes i have lost count of who's who. Don't believe the Reservoir Dogs comparison, it is nothing like RS. Acting is good but such a waste of talent.

Please DON'T watch this. I couldn't finish it.

A big fat 0/10 for me. Trust me on this.

John Wick: Chapter 2 (2017)

Wham Bam , Mostly Bam

What can i say. It is a bad movie by any standard. The script was not existent. Keanu's acting is really bad, even his limping is bad.His lines are not longer than 5 words. (And miraculously he doesn't age at all. I want the name of his plastic surgeon, please.) His face is always covered in blood for whatever reason. The shootings are like in an arcade game with no finese.

There is some entertainment values i might add. There's non stop action with lots of shootings if you're into that , that is. The cinematography is quite good. I like the shoot outs in the museum.That's a plus point.

Genius (2016)

What a Bore

What a waste of a talented cast. This movie is so boring, badly directed. It has nothing going for it. No drama, no suspense, nothing interesting to offer. The script is pseudo intellectual.The character is boring. Laura Linney only has 2 lines, Nicole Kidman has 10 lines, Guy Pearce has 2 lines, Jude Law lots of mumbo jumbo out of his mouth which nobody can relate to, and Colin Firth the main character doesn't seem to say much. I have no idea , why is this editor's life Max Perkin's life is turned into a book and a movie. I wasn't interested at all in his biography. Is it because of bad direction or screenplay that i don't find his life story interesting , i won't know for sure.

Don't be fooled by the glowing reviews here. It's just plain boring! 2/10 for the acting, otherwise 0/10

I don't know why the movie receive perfect 10 stars from all the published reviews here.

I see this movie without knowing any historical facts of the Armenian genocide by the Turks. I am not politically biased, i am just an average movie goer trying to have a good time watching good movies.

The movie did educate me a little on the history of WWI and the genocide of Armenians. However i am bored by the movie. The script and direction is half baked considering the big budgets that went into making this movie. Acting is dragged down by the bad screenplay.
