Threesome (2021)
Temptations for modern women
This series shows how helpless women become when their own gender show sexual interest. Siri probably rejects men all the time, but when an atracitve woman hits on her, she is so desperate to go through with it, that she looks at her her boyfriend that is next to her, begging him silenty to allow her infidelity. The situation ends up with a threesome instead.
Siri's emotions are stirred up after the event, and she blames her boyfriend for what happened.
But with this newfound desire for women, which makes her constantly horny, she takes her desire in a different direction. That is where the creators of this show derails from what would be the natural path to move forward; Siris intense bisexual desires that were kindled when she had a threesome.
This series says "A", but it would not say "B", and it turns into a regular non-bisexual drama instead.
Below Her Mouth (2016)
Insightful
The best aspect of this movie is how realistic it portrays the dynamic between a straight, but curious woman and a lesbian. It is not often movies show how completely impossible it is for a straight woman to resist an attractive women that shows her sexual interest. It is also fascinating to see how a stripper appreciates having a female client, and is the desperate to be touched by her, and does not charge anything for the lapdance.
The movie itself is not memorable, but the glance given into how women's sexuality works, is priceless. Especially when the cheated on boyfriend sees that he could never satisfy her the way a woman can. This is the case for most men in this world.
Copying Beethoven (2006)
A bit of Beethoven, and a lot of Anna
A young female copyist is introduced to the ill tempered L.V. Beethoven. She wins him over bit by bit, mostly because of her obvious female qualities (23 years old, and hot as a boiling tea-pot). She even manages to find and error in the notes that she is copying for the maestro.
What makes this movie a sort of pseudo-feminist nonsense, is the fact that the main character seems to be this "Anna Holtz" which is portrayed as the woman behind L.V. Beethoven. It is strange to see the angry and self-confident Beethoven turned into a helpless and useless pussycat at the feet of the wannabe composer Anna Holtz. Without this, to my knowledge, fictous person, Beethoven is shown as a hen pecked, though god-bleessed composer. It seems very strange that the main character of a movie about the end of Beethoven's life, should circle around this self-obsorbed, spoiled and self-centered female called Anna Holtz. The poor genius Beethoven is allegedly helpless without his "Anna", depending on her like a dog depends on his master.
All in all there is only one thing wrong with this movie: The character of Anna Holtz (Diane Kruger). She is shallow, egotistic and ambitious, and the only thing she has going for her, is her good looks. To imagine such a unique genius as Beethoven becoming the prey of such a shallow human being, is incomprehensible. If history and truth is not what you see: Go see this movie at once!
