The non Verbal Show
28 December 2016
This show is not for everyone. Batmanglij explained it as a show that cannot be described in words but in feelings. This could not be accurate.

This show is a surrealist melting pot that seamlessly travels from dreams to reality. What seems like a clear line gets blurrier as the show goes on. Everyone comes out of it with their own interpretation.

To me this show PERFECTLY explained depression/ PTSD/ mental illness not in words but again with emotions. In the show the characters perform a sort of dance to travel to other dimensions. The dance resembles a Maori dance mixed with interpretive movements. This dance seem to make the viewer travel more than the characters through a series of emotions.

It's an amazing show specially if you are into arts and surrealism.

Definitely to recommend if you like to think.

Great overall, few errors and beautiful tribute
23 July 2016
Overall i really enjoyed it. As per previous comments the CGI part was garbage it's like they ran out of time. And lots of Plot holes.

But that's usual nothing major you can't get over. I love the musical choice throughout it really showed the true colors of star trek and coming back to an oldie feel.

They did an amazing tribute to Spock it was very touching. The rest had pretty much a TV show from the 70 feel, the humour was the same, music as previously mentioned and the costumes were great.

Actors played well too. One thing i'd like to add, i didn't understand what the main protagonist was saying, i think it was due to his costume so that was a little bit of a bummer for me.

But if you are into the whole space thing obviously a good and safe choice. Would definitely recommend.

Loved It ! For what it is and what it represents
17 July 2016
Warning: Spoilers
Let me start by saying the reason i gave it a 10, is not because it was the best movie in the world, it's a low quality comedy with very cheesy line and extremely dumb almost slap stick humor. But in the low qual Comedy it's a 10. Here's why. It's really light and stupid funny, I have NEVER seen the original ghost buster and my judgment of this movie is not based on that.

The movie is exactly what you would expect it to be, fart jokes, sexist jokes, stereotypical humor. And not slightly terrible cgi. None the less you don't go see this movie with the same mindset as Avatar for example or Mommy from Xavier Dolan. But when you expect just that you can immerse yourself in a very fun and youthful Wiig and Mccarthy humor filled movie! I laugh the loudest the WHOLE movie, i might have stopped laughing for 5 min at the most, i was giggling throughout.

The other reason i gave this movie a 10 is because of it's all girl cast, not because i'm a feminist because i'm not. But because remember how the first Ghost Buster marked the past generation, and just picture how important this movie will be and how much it will mark the girls of our next generation and i am very happy they now have kick ass, funny girls to referrer to as models.

Still interesting
16 July 2016
This show is still keeping me interested despite the 6 seasons. Does it become redundant, yes slightly but they still throw in couple twist and it's not entirely a regurgitation for 5 seasons.

I have to admit i was dreading watching this show. But i was pleasantly surprised. If you like lawyer drama, despite their not so accurate representation of what a corporate lawyer actually does, you are in for a treat. It's kind of like Scandal and how to get away with murder minus the murders and dead people...

Worth watching? Absolutely ! If you want to binge watch, i think this show is the best and won't get bored or feel like you are watching the same episode over and over again.

Unique

My om used to read that book when i was younger and i remember her making a big deal out of it. So when i was looking for upcoming shows awhile back i was excited to watch it.

I was not disappointed in the least ! Definitely is on high up there in my personal list of fave shows. It's a great melting pot of medical drama, political drama, love story tied together with a historical bow.

I didn't read the book but from my understanding it kind of did it justice. I'm never a big fan of second seasons but this one was good. It kept us interested and didn't fall back in the same patterns as season 1.

It's a happy mix of reign and the knick with some time travelling.

Nice little show that stands out
16 July 2016
This Show started off strong in the first season and I'm now kind of confused of the direction of the second season which seems to be a more or less mimicking the idea of season 1.

None the less i have to give this show some credit. Not terrible acting and a story line that is VERY different. I like this show not necessarily because of what it is but more what it represent. I would describe it as introduction to media manipulation. This concept in television has seen a really big rise lately with Scandal, Mr. Robot and House of Cards. And UnReal addresses this new idea under the light of a reality TV rather than political.

Not your top of the line big show like the previously mentioned are but now too far down the list for when you feel like a lighter show. Bonus if your guilty pleasure is reality TV and drama, you will definitely satisfy that craving with this one.
