I sob every time
4 February 2020
I don't just cry or get emotional watching this, I full on ugly cry. I sob. I sob so much I end up grunting trying to stifle the sobs and catch my breath.

It's a great movie full stop/ period (for American readers) but if you need a good cry I highly recommend it

My God this who film is trying to convince people to be pro life.... even after all the facts about planned parenthood being mostly about giving contraception and how early termination being basically removing cells... suddenly it switches to all abortion is evil and shut down planned parenthood.... wtf????

13 Reasons Why (2017–2020)

It fulfills all of the emotions of the book

I just finished it There are a lot of differences from the book.

Overall I think it's really deep adds to the book.

I hope people give this a chance, it's not all pleasant watching but it has a lot of meaning.

I love the behind the scenes with the cast etc after you finish the series.

The series shows the pain and the want... That's the whole point, right? I'd say do the media version then the book, because the book will almost always be better.

This isn't easy viewing for reading, but it's worth it.

Chasing Life (2014–2015)

Heart warming and not too serious

The show really pulled me in without ever feeling like it demanded anything from me. Some shows you feel need your full attention, others want you to cry every other episode, some drive you insane with cliff hangers. For me this got a great balance of keeping my interest without asking too much of me for what it is.

It stays reasonably light hearted and doesn't take itself too seriously. It's also great if you're feeling a bit sorry for yourself to put things in perspective while not making you feel bad about occasionally wallowing in your own self pity, possibly while binge watching this show online.

I watched the whole first season in about three days while recovering from surgery and loved it. Really looking forward to season two :)
