DC's Legends of Tomorrow (2016–2022)

Waste of time and money
3 January 2024
I have this show more than one chances to be good but it's only consistency has been failing and failing over and over.

It's poorly written, poorly acted and so stupid I really don't understand how it could have a 6+ rating.

Nothing seems to be savable here. Characters are as flat as the plot and their "development" is non existent.

The story has more plot holes and seems to be written but a bunch of teenagers that have never seen a tv show in their lives.

Visual effects? OMG! A toddler with a twenty years old personal computer could have done it better even blindfolded!

Overall, a painful experience indeed.

Too bad to continue
26 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I was looking for some good sci-fi show to watch but I have to give it up midway of episode 2.

It is really bad!

Acting is good but the characters are awful and the science seems to be written by a third grader.

The dynamic of the crew on the ship is an offense to decency: a bunch of unreliable, unprofessional, untrained and psycothic people as far as possible from the simple concept of "crew", going made to each other for no reason and acting like spoiled brats.

On Earth, the scientific approach to the alien artifact is three people in a field with a pair of tablets. They don't even have a desk, FFS!

Ridiculous.

So, if you are looking for something to binge watch, move on and keep searching for it because here there is absolutely nothing to see.

So entertaining!

Where to start?

This is the kind of action movie you want to see to relax and spend one hour and a half of gunfights through the road of Paris without thinking about anything else.

The plot may be simple and not so original but acting is great and the characters are all in the right place and at the right time. Travolta is fabulous is this role, a mix of Micheal, Vincent Vegas and Chili Plamer all squeezed into an unorthodox CIA operative with bold moves, cunning mind and wit lines. And self referenced to some of the above mentioned Travolta's characters as well.

Captivating and bombastic, I watch it every time I stumble on it on Tv. Luc Besson hit another bullseye here.

Doctor Who: Blink (2007)
Season 3, Episode 10

I cannot keep my eyes out of this!

If it would be possible I'll rate this episode 11/10.

Clever, emotional, intriguing story that makes the best out of the time travel madness. The episode I always recommend to newbies of the Doctor or to try to drag new people to the show: if they like it, they will never blink away from the series. If they don't, they are already gone, no hope to take them back. Sounds familiar? ;) It has funny moments and one of the most sad scene ever written, emphasised but some clever lines. The weebly-wobbly bit is one of my favourite quotes from the entire show.

This episode shows how a powerful character the Doctor really is: he and Martha are on screen only for just few minutes but the episode is still a perfect summary of his character and his overarching story. Moffat at his best!

So far so bad!

I'm a huge sci-fi fan and I always try to watch any show available but this is so bad it almost hurts.

A combination of deepless characters, inconsistent story, awful acting and stupid dialogues make it one of the worst show I've ever seen. If it will be cancel after season one it will be already too late.

Getting worse
31 May 2021
Really? This show started with a very low bar set but succeeded in lowering it in the second episode.

Dialogues are so bad that even dubbing should have been painful.

They should have saved some money on CGI to pay a real couple of writers.

Wtf?!

What a bad show! The expectations were not that high but the first episode is far much worse than I could believe possible. Awful acting, poor characters and a plot written by a three years old.

A waste of time and money.

I have no words to describe it. Everything in this show is a masterpiece. A must to watch, over and over again.

It is enjoyable but requires a complete new level of suspension of disbelief.

The lost it. Badly.

This is the worst episode so far: it looks like writers and authors put some extra effort in getting lost. Difficult to follow, it puts too much new stuff on the table to increase curiosity forvthe next season that it become a patchwork of things with no connection whatsoever. Personally I don't know if I'll keep watching it, when and if there will be a season 2

What?!?!?

Warning: Spoilers
This movie is horrible. A story of prostitution, fraud, crime, drug, blackmailing and abused perpetrated by women that act worse than the men they "pretend" to punish. Poor acting, mostly based on body attributes more than actual acting talent. A shame. Not to mention this quote: Ramona: why did you do that! Dorothy/Destiny: for Lily Ramona: motherhood is a mental illness.

Why?
1 January 2020
Flat, never spikes, it's just a lip service to feminism, imho. The need to please a politically correctness attitude that wants everything done by a male cast done again by a female cast... at all cost.
