American Horror Story (2011)
Every season is the same with different costumes.
The show was "good" for the first season, maybe two, three if you were a hardcore fan of what they were doing but it's ALWAYS the same story. Some evil woman suddenly turns "good" at the end for no discernible reason and we're supposed to forget all the evil stuff she did and forgive her and love her, and some "good" man was actually evil the whole time. It's the laziest of "plot twists", if you even can call them that, every time because there are no seeds planted. People just suddenly turn good or bad for shock value only. They change the costumes and the sets, that's it. It's the most boring stuff you could ever see.
To top it all off, fans of the show are saying the last seasons are bad, imagine how awful those must be!
What If...?: What If... Doctor Strange Lost His Heart Instead of His Hands? (2021)
Brilliant! What this show should be.
Each episode is better than the last. This episode alone made me rate the entire show a 10/10 even if the first episode was just meh.
Rick and Morty: Rickdependence Spray (2021)
Beyond stupid
I literally thought all this was supposed to be dumb because it was just a simulation or something that Rick made just to force Morty to admit what he had done. And even then I was expecting something smarter because I saw that "twist" coming.
I was hella wrong, double wrong if you want. It was just plain dumb with no twist or anything. Plain dumb.
On top of that, the dialogue was subpar, the jokes didn't land, they even reused the "there's a solution you're not seeing... *kills himself*" but worse. The "they don't listen cause I'm a gurrrl" narrative was shoehorned to the point of cringe and it was just that. They didn't even make something out of it, just a lazy social commentary of "respec wamen" thrown for no reason.
All in all, the show's worst episode by far.
Batman: Death in the Family (2020)
Recycled scenes of previous movies
Based on the trailer everyone but DC fanboys could see this was going to be a "movie" made from recycled scenes of previous movies and that's exactly what this is. Go watch the originals.
Titans: Trigon (2019)
Did I just watch a parody episode of this show?
First review ever in my life...Seriously, there are so many scenes that were horribly written and even worse directed that it's hilarious.
SPOILERS: I seriously bursted out laughing at Rachel just randomly defeating Trigon with zero effort when he was an unstoppable and all-powerful being a second ago. Why? Because she woke up Dick? It makes no sense, but otherwise waking up Dick would have no other reason to be there since they all wake up seconds later when she magically defeats her father.
Not to mention the awkward 'funny' conversation when partying ways, the way they ALL just walk into a big light not knowing where it leads without even a 2nd thought or a comment, the dream scenarios in which the characters are supposed to be tricked into the darkness, Hawk (with Dove) already killed a guy out of revenge without having to be tricked by a demon and what was Dove's turn? Being tricked into doing durgs once? WTF? Is that equal to murder and turns you into the darkness? Nothing makes any sense.
Don't even get me started in old, British, out of shape, not intimidating at all Alfred...I mean Batman! Seriosuly? This must be a joke, right?
This whole episode was a mess.Did I just watch a parody of this show?
