Paul acting was based on!

If you watch many Woody Allen movies, you will pick up the fact that Paul spoke and acted just like Woody Allen.

The talk all the time and making back talk to others in the scene was the same as Woody Allen.

The show is very funny and has many inside jokes that you have to understand if you watch of TV in the time frame of the show.

The apartment is Cosmo Kramer apartment from the Seinfeld show.

Spy Girl (Barbara Feldon) is from Get Smart.

The going and from into and out of the room, over and over again is from the Max Brothers movies.

Poor directory

It was like watching a community theater play. The actors did their job, but it looked like a first year acting class.

The landlord acts like someone that you would rent any shop from. He was totally out of place. One minute he acts like a crazy person off the street the next minute he wants rent money.

The mother and father in the airport act like people from another time period. And, the father in the backyard, has no real movement to the music, just bad!!!!!

The rock singer over acted his part. Acted as someone living in Austin, not Houston.

The director didn't give them real directions.

The man she was going to marry acted like he didn't know her, but lived with her. His brother acted like real person.

Poor writing, poor directing.
