Pulp Fiction (1994)
hrmghhh better than the best
This movie is just the best movie there is. Samuel L Jackson, John Travolta Quentin Tarantino and Bruce Willis(back when he was a good actor) enough said!. this movie is hilarious but in such a way that you feel guilty for laughing even though everyone else also finds it funny. if there is one thing i would say about this movie it would be that you must watch it more than once as the first time you watch it(or at least for me) i thought it was just a screenplay of a psychopaths mind with odd random encounters however the second time around there are things you pick up quicker and can link to each other and can fit the story line together making the experience (it really is an experience) just that bit more enjoyable.
if you haven't seen it cancel all your plans and put it on, maybe even get a royal with cheese ;)
The Town (2010)
yes
I loved it, i didn't have too high expectations but its now definitely in my top 10 and definitely the best heist type movie I've seen the whole movie is just brilliant i was engaged the whole time and didn't want it to end.
Ben Affleck isn't one of my favorite actors but he fit the role well and is one hell of a director he hasn't had a solid track record but this is definitely one of his better pieces of work. the movie seemed realistic and somewhat relatable(well minus the criminal side). i liked the movie so much that i am going to read the book it is based on/influenced by.
Dangerous Mind of a Hooligan (2014)
meh why not
i personally loved the movie however it is more of a guilty pleasure as i can tell it isn't a 'good' movie on technical terms however i did find it amusing.I do not believe it is at all representative, realistic or possible i did find in extremely entertaining it was more of a guilty pleasure watch and there is some good British humor in there (sorry yanks you just wont understand). its funny violent and just a 'lads' movie to watch with a pizza.
the 2 real negative comment i have is you can tell its a low budget movie what is disappointing as i fully believe with the right backing had potential to be great but my biggest criticism is i thought the movie was going to be about football hooliganism and the 'barmy army' but i think there might have been one reference to football throughout the whole movie which severely disappointed me
