Faults (2014)
An Absolute Cult Classic...
Riley Stearns... who have already directed a few short films, Debuts in direction of real length movies with this movie. The story revolve around a cult group called Faults and two characters... Ansel Roth who is a former very famous expert on cults and psychology... and Claire whose parents approach Ansel in desperation to get their daughter back from the cult... Ansel... who too is desperate for some money accepts the offer... but the story takes a seriously amazing turn when we see that this is way more than just a treatment. direction is pretty awesome for a Debutant... acting is really very good... Stearns proves to be a promising director by making a great classic about cults....
The Returned (2015)
My summary.... AwEsOmE sHoW !!!!
Now... what the other reviewers does not seem to understand is that this may not be as creepy or spine chilling as les revenants... but thats what the producers want to do.... the series is more interested in exploring the emotional dynamic between these newly resurrected souls and the living townspeople who have mourned (and, in certain cases, tried to forget about) them. For some, these returns are miraculous, a sign of fragile hope. After a brief prelude, The Returned opens with Camille (India Ennenga), a young teenager killed four years earlier in a school-bus accident, wandering back to her home. Her mother, Claire (Tandi Wright), returns from a support-group meeting to find her once-deceased daughter making a sandwich: "I know you're probably worried," Camille says, presuming her mother's dismay is because she's come home after curfew. "I would have called you, but I lost my phone." Claire contacts her now-ex-husband (Mark Pellegrino), and the pair gaze at their daughter with a mixture of wariness and awe. The couple's gratitude is tinged with dread; counterbalancing their apprehension about the forces that have permitted Camille's resurrection is the fear that she might just as easily disappear again. This is a promising new series with great actors and awesome production....
The Interview (2014)
This movie walks around the adventures of Dave skylark and Aaron Rappoport while they are in north Korea trying to assassinate the north Korean leader.
#1. ACTING- Seth Rogen played his character pretty good and he is always having scope in comedy... James Franco was considerably good in playing his character... Lizzy Caplan was not having a big role but she played her part pretty good...all the extra cast and crew considerably good job.
#2. DIRECTION- Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen continues to set a milestone in directing a comedy after their movie "this is the end".
#3. STORYLINE- actually i must admit that the storyline is a bit off... But it is a comedy and people should know that we should not judge a comedy movie as if it was a social movie... And it is entertaining anyway...
So, overall The Interview is an entertaining comedy movie and we should watch it with an open mind, not judging its content.
