Teri Raah Main Rul Gai (2012–2013)
10/10
Love Jahandad (aka Sami Khan) and the story line!
15 July 2017
Teri rah mein rul gai ve - just finished watching it right now :( Sami, just when I thought you can't get more hotter than PMB/Dhaani/Ishqaway looks - you surprised me yet again! Damn you looked so hot in that stylish beard and haircut! Your attire was too awesome! Loved the vest and collar-shirt combination (cuz we barely see you in that attire so it was something new for me - you're always in Tshirts mostly ) ! I just loved watching you in every episode and wished it never ended. I felt your pain and wanted to cry for you. God, your tone was so sad throughout the drama - you were a complete devdas all moaning and wanting "zohra jee" to be with you (and the way you spoke - with that husky tone damn just wanted to listen to you over and over again). From the beginning, I could tell "Zohra won't be his - the drama's tone and settings just say it all! - meaning it rains all the time and your tone has that sadness to it" I mean there's a reason why the writer had put a younger female actor and an older one - I knew that Zohra would be willing to give away Jahandad to Zaib. God, it killed me to no end to see Jahandad dying inside - oh Sami you did an awesome portrayal of that character! Samia did an awesome job as well!. The scene where you're smoking and thinking about Zohra not liking the rain and then you two stand outside and Jahandad takes Zohra's hand and puts it under the rain! That scene was to die for! Ahhh you looked so hot! And the scene where you get so mad inside your home yelling "kyon keya mera saath aisa!" when you see Zaib and Jahandad's pictures on the board, sigh felt your pain. I just found Zaib to be a tad annoying! And it killed me inside for what happens with Zohra. I have to commend the writer! One of the best plays I've watched. The direction was too good - specially when there are flashbacks of you thinking and Zohra thinking - going back and forth and then your emotions and her emotions when you come back to reality displayed true portrayal of your emotions and feelings for each other.

Devar Bhabi (2013 TV Movie)
10/10
One of Sami's best performances! Loved the music!
16 June 2017
If you're Sami's fan, you really DO NOT want to miss out on this movie. I'm telling you, this has one of Sami's best performances. He will not let you down no matter what scene it is. His character is that of a childish devar and he has performed that so damn well that I just can't describe it with words. He doesn't over act. He just acts like the character and everything he does seems so realistic! Sami dances well too. I'm glad the movie barely had any romance as I hate Sadia Khan. Saima has done an excellent job as a sober and understanding bhabi. Her and Sami's bond was so cute and looked so realistic! The direction, clothes, songs, dialogues, everything was great about this movie. I would watch it over and over again just for Sami! Sami was so adorable, and the devar (his character) the amount of affection and trust and respect he had for his babhi was really cute and and adorable. There will be times you will cry and times you'll laugh so much (specially in beginning of the movie).

Mannat (2016–2017)
10/10
Awesome story! Sami and Rabab were brilliant!
28 May 2017
I loved Mannat's yakeen on Allah and prayers. Rabab did an awesome job! Sami and Rabab look really cute together (I know I've said this a million times, and i'll say it again). Love this jodi! 😍 On the other hand, what I didn't like about Dilnawaz was that he was so disheartened and always putting himself down. I wanted to slap him (sorry Sami :P hahhaha) .. Sami got into the character so damn well - the way he walked, talked, dressed really looked like he belonged in that class. The actress who was playing Gulnaz acted really well!!

Specially loved these scenes: 1. When Dilnawaz's brother-in-law was attacking Mannat and Dilnawaz was on the phone listening to Mannat's cry. When he goes near the stall to call her again. OH! I literally died for Dilnawaz. Samiacted brilliantly in that scene! Wow looked so realistic. 2. When Dilnawaz yells to the world that he loves Mannat - so adorable! 3. And that scene when Mannat runs after Dilnawaz and he catches her. That scene was to die for!

All in all, everything was great about this drama: Sami's hairstyle! The script, the background music, story line, main cast! Superb!

Must watch for Sami and Rabab fans! I'm telling you, you're missing out.

Awesome drama! Can't express how great it was with words.
20 May 2017
I was hooked on this drama from the first 15 minutes into the drama! Everything is amazing! Story - exceptionally written! The dialogues are top notch and entertaining. Every person's line is awesome! From Zohab to Nayab to his mother to every person just keeps you entertained! Characters - The main cast was chosen really well (loved everyone! although I watched this drama only for Sami Khan. I immediately fell in love with Ayeza too and his mother!). Everyone acted great but a huge round of applause goes to Sami and Ayeza. Their chemistry was to die for. Settings - the drama showed some realistic things which I loved about it. How the life is like for poor people, how the life is like for orphaned women. Some stuff was painful to watch, but it gave out such an important message to humanity out there! I still watch some sense over and over again, specially Sami and Ayeza's!

Sami Khan is brilliant!
19 May 2017
I watched this drama because I recently became Sami's fan. One thing I have to say is I love his dedication to his work and how he changed the look for this drama really suited his character. Sami looked hot and loved his character (a bad-body type yet caring in the inside - damn! it suited him so much!). He played the character so well! Watch it for Sami if not anything else :) The story is awesome and dialogues are good too! Mantasha and Shaheer's chemistry is to die for! Love how the drama ended. I can't stop watching Sami and Mantasha's scenes specially the scene where Shaheer (Sami) is yelling at Mantasha (Rabab). He killed it with his outstanding acting abilities! Sami can do any type of acting, I swear - the emotions he showed - ie. he felt pain and didn't want to say all that but he had to say it. Loved the drama! Thank you GEO for casting Sami and Rabab together!

Awesom cast, story, dialogue!
19 May 2017
Brilliant acting done by the main cast (Sami, Madiha, the girl who played Madiha's sister and the guy who played her cousin!) Sami - I love how he's dedicated to his work. He literally changed his look for this role. Looked very hot. Madiha - First drama in which I saw her acting. She's awesome! Loved the chemistry between her and Sami. Loved the scenes between her and her sister. There are some Sameer-Dhaani scenes I watch over and over again. Can't get over them :) Specially the first scene with Dhaani and Sameer keeps you hooked to watch what will happen between the two. The drama keeps you hooked throughout with suspense! All in all, everything was awesome! Thank you GEO for this drama.

Loved Yasir and Saba's chemistry!
12 November 2016
Warning: Spoilers
I watched it in Cinema!! I was actually expecting a lot from Saba, but unfortunately her acting felt like she was just 'acting' you know what i mean? I love her, don't get me wrong - she's one of my favourite actresses, and her acting is amazing in the dramas - she does it so naturally but what the hell happened to her in this movie?! Some scenes (that were emotional), she delivered them very well - but other than that I didn't like her acting that much. i still love her though. Loved Yasir Hussain! He was so cute. He acted good as well. Oh my god, that entrance Ali Zafar did! I was just too shocked to see him! Loved his scene. I wish he comes more in Pakistani movies! Specially LOVED the chemistry between Yasir and Saba! They're officially on my cute couple list! Songs were too good - specially Kalabaz when Saba and Yasir dance to it.. I didn't think the tribal part was necessary - All in all, it was a good movie.

WOW! Must Watch for Faysal Qureshi's fans!
15 October 2016
Warning: Spoilers
I'm surprised at the number of views ARY Digital has on YouTube for this drama ( I was expecting a lot of views but there are barely any)! I only watched this drama for Faysal Qureshi and Fazal (Striker). Faysal, Fazal, Sajal have done an amazing job, although that was expected of them :)

Characters: * Faysal - I loved Faysal's character, very loving, and a true person that any girl would just love to have in her life. The way Faysal delivered all those emotional scenes from anger to hatred to compassion was just something that I can't describe.

* Fazal (Striker) - Did a good job as a friend. He was funny at times and did amazing acting.

* Sajal (Mushk) - This is the first drama I watched of hers (I never really liked her - i don't know why), but she did an amazing job with acting. She has real acting talent and produces natural emotions.

* The guy who plays Fahad - mediocre acting. Barely delivered emotions. Sits there whining about his love and doesn't become a man and do something about it. Did not like this character at all.

The story was amazingly written and I was always routing for Faysal and Sajal's characters to get together in the end. The beginning is very dragging, the other guy who plays Fahad acts very average-like, he barely shows any emotions. He claims that he loves the girl but he doesn't go out of his way to do anything in the end, all he does is sits on his butt and cries - that's not what men are supposed to do. It's not like she's suddenly going to appear right in front of you without you doing anything about it. I was very disappointed by his acting. To be honest, I wasn't expecting this drama to be that good due to other minor characters that were in that drama, but having Faysal, Fazal (Striker), and Sajal just changed that aspect of the drama. Faysal is a true legend and this drama must be watched just for him!

What I liked about this drama was that they touched on very important issue, how women are treated if there is no one to protect them (yes, Allah is there to protect , but you can't trust even the police men or other 'women' to help you). You don't know what their motives are. I was so scared whether something would happen to Mushk (when that lady is trying to sell her). I think, the drama is teaching girls specially that if you want to run away think thrice before doing so. Having no money, and no shelter and you're just running away is just stupidity even if you're running away with the man you love.

Actor in Law (2016)
10/10
Exceeded beyond my expectations! Must Watch!
10 October 2016
Watched it in Cinema here in Mississauga, Canada. The trailer didn't draw much of my interest in the movie (I wish they'd made a better trailer), but I went to watch anyway since I love both actors (Fahad and Mehwish) and of course it was a Pakistani movie! I was hooked on this from the beginning. Loved the chemistry between Fahad and Mehwish. The movie touched on very important aspects in Pakistan right now (such as load shedding, choosing the profession you love to do and you're good at, women and how they should be respected no matter what clothing they wear). It was exceptional the way the writer delivered all those things on the screen. Fahad does an exceptional job as a Lawyer, I wish he plays a real role as a lawyer. The songs in the movie were all amazing, specially the "Actor In Law" song and its lyrics and the way Fahad danced in it, I was just in awe. The song that Atif Aslam sang, and how Fahad and Mehwish danced to it, it was just too cute and they did an awesome job!

Exceptional! Must watch
10 October 2016
Warning: Spoilers
I was hooked on this drama from the very first episode. Faysal Qureshi did an amazing job (not surprising) in delivering the dialogues and emotions. There couldn't have been a better choice than to choose him. From the first till the last, all I could do was cry and feel sorry for both Saba and Arfeen. The story was amazingly written, the main cast was really good. This drama has a lesson that when you do something wrong with someone, it'll eat you alive. In the end, you must say sorry to relieve your heart. I wish Arfeen had believed Saba and not his mother. Gosh, the things happen with Saba, she didn't deserve any of it. The last episode broke my heart and I just couldn't stop crying for Arfeen. Faysal was were amazing in this drama (as always!)

Main Abdul Qadir Hoon (2010–2011)

Wonderfully written drama!!!
10 October 2016
When I first saw the cover of the drama, I didn't expect much from the drama. But when I started watching, I loved the story immediately and acting by Fahad was done magnificently (in all three characters that he portrays)! You're immediately drawn to the story and would want to know how Abdul Qadir (AQ) will change with time. I specially enjoyed the mid and the end when he changes into second and third personalities and of course when Faysal and Aamina entered, the story became even better. Everyone should watch this drama, mothers, fathers, teens, grand parents - this story has a bit for everyone and the lesson it teaches. Most importantly I just loved the way the writer has portrayed Islam in such a nice way that everyone can understand. I'm so glad Hum aired this drama to bring awareness about Islam and what people think about it and how to be a good Muslim with a good character. Hats off to everyone who worked in this drama!

Incredibly funny movie!
18 September 2016
The movie was so damn good! This was the first movie I've watched in theaters and it was worth the money. The script was very well written by Osman Khalid. Armeena khan is so damn cute, wish I could just hug her (and I'm a girl by the way :) ).. she acted really nice (I've not seen her acting before - so I was introduced to her and Bilal for the first time). I absolutely loved Ali Rehman Khan. Armeena, Ali Rehman, and Bilal Ashraf's bond was just so cute! Armeena looked cute with both the guys! The story was amazing, for the first time the girl is not the one getting married or it's not about her marriage so that was really nice. Bilal acted really good too and wish to see him more in Pakistani films! The acting, makeup, clothes, and the scenic view were all so well captured. I'm glad that Pakistani cinema is showing the good things about Pakistan too. Living abroad, I think even the Pakistan's themselves have developed this phobia about the culture and the people. I'm so glad this movie tries to shed that away. To Pakistani cinema: for the lack of better words - great job guys !

Loved it!
17 September 2016
The movie was amazingly written specially the dialogues between the two friends and the dialogues between Zarnab and her step mother. It was funny, romantic, and absolutely loved Fawad Khan and Aamina Sheikh! They looked so cute together. I just loved the chemistry between the two of them. The movie started out so nicely and the things the both best friends do together is just hilarious. The direction was amazing too. The clothes everyone wore was spot on and the style. I have watched previous dramas of Fawad Khan's and he acted outstandingly in this movie as well (of course, I didn't expect anything less from him). Aamina Sheikh did an awesome job of acting as well! So proud of them!

Love Pyarey Afzal... actual Afzal
3 February 2016
Warning: Spoilers
The beginning was really funny but a bit slow, but overall the drama was amazing! Outstandingly performed by Hamza, Ayeza, Sana, Sohai.. Afzal/Hamza was the cutest. I can't believe it ended the way it did. Gosh, I cried my eyes out for Afzal. He deserved Ayeza till the end why did they have to do that?! I wished there was more romance between Afzal and Farah. Hamza and Ayeza look so cute together. Near the end, I actually thought Afzal would marry Yasmeen, but thank god that didn't happen. Hamza looked cute in all forms as both gunda and the good guy. Well, he was always good, but he looked hot in a suit. The drama will make you laugh first, then will keep you gripped in your seats, then will make you cry, cry and cry..

Oh my god - every moment is hilarious
3 February 2016
WOW - the way they started out the movie, those 4 minutes, captured the audiences for sure! I just loved it how they started out the movie and how they transitioned into it. Every line the characters say and the things they do, is just hilarious. You don't know what will happen next and the things they'll say. All the characters did an awesome job! All of their chemistry as coworkers was really nice to see. Hamza, Humayun, Sohai, Mehwish, and all the rest did an awesome job! Loved the songs! Loved the music! Loved the characters, storyline, script! and most of all, Loved the ending! I'd recommend it to everyone to watch this movie, of course, no kids.

Best Show Ever! Wentworth Rocks
6 September 2015
Best show I've seen in my life. Thrilling, entertaining, keeps you at the edge of your seats. I'd rate it a 100 stars if I could. I don't know what others are really complaining about? I mean, yes, season 3 was a little boring and it felt like a repeat of strategy, however season 4 made up for it.. season 1 was the best, then season 2, then season 4 and lastly season 3.. Wentworth and Sarah's chemistry was so cute. They both were the most cutest thing.. Then there was Michael's charm.. All characters were amazing and acted really good. Loved the plot, story line, their script, music.. everything was done perfectly (you barely find that many shows out there with everything just right).. Wish it never ended.. but I heard it is coming back :) ...can't wait!

Must watch drama but beware....
3 June 2015
Warning: Spoilers
Sadkay Tumhare will keep you hooked from the beginning till the end. I didn't expect the ending to be the way it was... but man, it was so sad! You will cry for the last three episodes and even in between you will cry. I really liked Shano's mother, not in terms of her character, but she out-performed herself. She was THE villain and she played so well. Mahira and Adnan looked so cute together on-screen and they definitely had the chemistry. This was the first drama I watched of Adnan's and I must say he's one of the good actors of Pakistan. He's so hot..Mahira, Adnan and Shano's mother were one of the best actors in the drama. I wished Shano's best friend stayed the same as she was in the beginning. I wished they ended it a little better, but it was still worth a watch. Recommend it to everyone out there to have this drama in their watch list!

Very funny and enjoyable
1 June 2015
I was hooked from the very first episode when Fawad Khan (Mujtaba) came in the scenes. He was funny even though he sounded irritated with his life. The drama turns more funny when Mikaal comes along. All of the characters' performances were outstanding, Mikaal, Sanam, Ayesha, and Fawad.

I liked all of their chemistry together but I definitely can't see Mikaal and Sanam as couple. They don't look good together.. I mean, Mikaal looked so cool and sleek and just could not see him be with such an average looking girl (she looked average in the drama).. Also enjoyed Kiran's (Sanam's) family and their scenes specially the guy who player her brother is hilarious. I just didn't understand one thing though, if Kiran was a manager, she would've pretty good salary (at least to the point that she could manage herself financially). If her family treated her so horribly, she could just run away and live on her own. I just didn't like Mikaal and Sanam's pairing although Fawad and Ayesha looked cute together. But Ayesha looked older than Fawad so they looked OK.. This drama was a little different than other dramas in that it had a rich girl and poor guy situation. Usually, Pakistani dramas have rich guy and poor girl stories.

My favourite were the two guys- Fawad and Mikaal- even their hatred for each other looked so cute and funny, they should come on screen more often (as brothers/best friends).. I think everyone was perfect for their role: Mikaal - as a cool and cold guy and it suited him too because he was too good looking.. the suit and that professional look suited him Fawad - as irritated and middle-classed guy and just wanted something good to come out of his life - he played this role exceptionally well Sanam - In the beginning, I didn't like her character, I just found her annoying, however later on I start to like her when she befriends Mujtaba Ayesha - In the beginning, I also didn't like her character, she acted such a snob... but when something major happens in her life and she changes, I start to like her a lot..She does an awesome job..

Loved the ending and would recommend other to watch it (although you might not like beginning few episodes - just the way Ayesha's character is portrayed)

nice story and quite realistic
1 June 2015
I really liked the chemistry between Mikaal and Sanam. They look really cute together. Loved their scenes. Didn't like the other girl (Rania) who loved Sehriyar though. She didn't even know how to act, plus she looked older than Sehriyar to play his lover to be honest. Beginning episodes were a drag, however, the story kept on getting better and better when Sehriyar and Paras interact.. I just didn't like the fact that Sehriyar was being bossed around by Rania's tantrums. He should have listened to his heart and let her go when Paras came along.. I liked Sehriyar's sister and how she made him understand about different issues. Also liked Paras's mother who reasoned with her and gave her good advise through out. The music was really good too..

It was worth a watch and loved the ending. Wished there were more romantic scenes between Mikaal and Sanam though!

Really good drama
27 May 2015
In the beginning, this drama is slow and you just want to see the main guy enter already, they take time.. but when he comes everything becomes so interesting. I love Mikaal Zulfiqar and have watches his other dramas as well; however, this was the first time I was watching Sanam Jung. Mikaal and Sanam look really cute together. I wish she had a more outspoken character though. She didn't say smart things or do smart stuff, she had such a dimwitted character. Alas, the drama is still really good. It's so sad! It'll make you cry more than make you laugh. I liked Zeeshan and Nabeel's brotherly love. Also felt sorry for Rhomesa since she was treated like Cinderella by like literally everyone!

Loved it!
26 May 2015
The most sweet and tear-jerking drama. Love the two brothers (behroze and Suhaib) and their story. This drama portrays what happens in reality in a certain way. I just loved every bit of it and loved how everyone is just connected to each other in every way. My favourite was Suhaib, such a sweet, loving and caring brother. Sanam Saeed did an awesome job of acting, Ali Khan and Mikaal also did a great job. Mikaal and Sanam looked really cute together and they definitely have chemistry on-screen. I liked Mikaal/Sanam's couple rather than Ali and his wife... Wali did nice acting as well... The story line was good and it never bored you. Recommend it for others to definitely watch this drama!

Wow.. such an amazing and beautiful drama
8 May 2015
I was hooked from beginning of the episode. It was such a cute drama. It'll make you cry and will make you cheer for Hammad and Iman. The script is so good, the plot is thorough. I just felt so sorry for Hammad, the things he does, the things he goes through and in the end.. in the end.. sigh, I just loved him so much. Imran Abbas suits the character Hammad. I think the main girl and him look so cute together. I wish it didn't end so quickly. I now watch their parts over and over again. The music was just too good and it came in right moments. Loved the concept of religious people vs. the not-so-religious people. This drama portrayed the religious people really nicely (I mean they didn't portray them as evil and bad people which is a good thing).. The drama was very much realistic to what happens in society and since everything looked too real, it made the drama even better! Loved every bit of it..

Hilarious and so enjoyable throughout!
7 May 2015
When I watched the first episode, I didn't expect this drama would be that good.. but man, I was wrong.. It turned out to be so hilarious! It was cute at times, it'll make you cry, it'll make you cheer for your favourite actor. You'll definitely have someone favourite from the two main girls (Akbari or Asghari) and the two guys (Asghar and Akbar). Personally I loved Akbar (Imran Abbas) because he was the serious one. Humaima and Imran Abbas looked so cute together and I loved their parts whenever they came together.. Fawad Khan did an awesome job playing a comedy role. This guy can definitely act! He has the talent. Humaima did an awesome job as well. I think the chemistry between Humaima and Sanam as sisters was really cute. This drama is so funny and you'll enjoy all the way till the end. I loved the ending.. I watch it over and over again and never get bored of it.

Just beautiful

I have no words for this great drama. Everything was just perfect, the couple (Fawad and Mahira Khan), the music, the story, etc. Although, the beginning of episodes were a bit slow, but after couple of episodes, you just can't stop watching it until you finish it...It will make you cry, and smile through out. It's been a while since I watched something so deep and nice on TV. It'll make you watch over and over again.. wish it didn't end so quickly.. Loved it! Fawad Khan and Mahira had the best chemistry I've seen on TV. Usually, there are barely any couples who have chemistry, but these two look so cute on the screen. Want to see them together again...

Awesome! Loved every bit of it
4 May 2015
As soon as I watched the first episode, I was hooked. The girl who played Kashaf(Sanam Saeed) acted really good. It was the first time I was watching Sanam and Fawad Khan so I didn't know how they will look together.. but they had one of the best chemistry on the screen. This drama will make you laugh, cry, smile, and never wanting it to end. It just seemed like everyone was a big and happy family and everyone acted so nicely. Everyone had great chemistry together such as Kashaf and her sister, her mother... Then there was Zaroon and the chemistry between his parents and sister.. everyone just fit so well together. It didn't seem like they were acting, it seemed so real.. The dialogue, the story.. the music was just too good, it came in the right moment.. Great job to the writers, directors, actors, musicians.. So proud of Pakistan, you should make more shows like this! I recommend this to the international folks... you'll definitely like it.
