The Invisible Man (2020)
Excellent! Save for the loose ends
This was truly brilliant! I did not expect any of the twists and turns at all and it did a really good job of keeping me on the edge of my seat.
But WHAT IS THE STORY WITH THE BROTHER?!?!!! Why wasn't that whole thing explained?! That loose end took away 2 stars for me.
Wrong Kind of Black (2018)
Whitefullas and blackfullas alike must see this.
I've heard stories about what it was like back then but to see it come to life is a whole other thing.
This was an entertaining, thought provoking very recent history lesson.
LOL: Last One Laughing Australia (2020)
If you've only watch an ep, don't review it.
You don't see the good stuff until you really get into the season. As the hours tick by, you see them fall apart in the most hilarious way.
I NEED A SEASON 2!!
This kind of humor is rare. I enjoyed this so much!
Joker (2019)
Exquisite
A supurb slow descent into madness. Absolutely worth the watch.
Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (2019)
Enjoyable but.
This movie isn't going to actually scare you unless you're 13, however, it's still enjoyable. It's like a single step up from a goosebumps episode. The story's alright though. Just a meh movie really
Serial Killer with Piers Morgan (2017)
Not the worst show I've seen.
Piers has absolutely no interviewing skills whatsoever, let's get that straight. What would make this entertaining is if he treated these convicts the way he treated the sacrifices lambs who are offered to him on whatever British morning show he's on.
BUT I am still giving this a few stars because 1. I never heard about these cases before I watched this show and 2. It's real easy to fall asleep to- and a shift worker needs that, you know?
The plug will be pulled on this show before you know it.
Insatiable (2018)
BELIEVE THE CRITICS! Unlikeable characters.
This entire show is full of characters complaining that no one thinks of them all the while, these characters only think of themselves anyway. They're all whinging "what about me" and the main character is the absolute worst of the lot.
After reading other reviews that said I needed to give this a chance - I watched to episode 7. Episode freaking 7 ya'll. And it is TERRIBLE!
Yeah sure, there are some great messages about body positivity and LGBTQ but on the whole, it's just filled with unlikeable whiny characters.
