Human Playground (2022)
Misleading title
Some nice pictures and some interesting rituals
But: what does this have in common with the title of the show? And why do they they let Elba always call this playing or game when it's not?
Yoga is no game! Rockclimbing is no game! Sumo is no game! Surfing monster waves is no game!
And even if you mix this up with some supersticious rituals or poor sports like jumping over some funny ponds in the Netherlands this is still no show about games
It all seems like someone wanted to make show with a mix of sports a handfull real games people with mental strength rituals and some nice pictures but then had no idea how to find a title for all this
Next time focus on something you really wanted to show us and give it a proper title.
Schumacher (2021)
It couldn't hbw been better
One of the best documentaries of the last years. It made me cry tbh.
Breathtaking and a must watch, not only for racingsport fans.
X-Men: Dark Phoenix (2019)
This makes no sense
Awesome effects, but a real unsatisfying plot as well.
Gene got a lot to powerful. She wasn't the leader of the school. Xavier dies by Gene. Wolverine killes Gene. Mystique didn't die by Gene, but was hit by an antimutant arrow and so become human. Before that she worked with Magneto.
So wtf is that story here? Something from a partalel universe?
Cobra Kai: December 19 (2021)
This was amazing
The whole episode was awesome. Vietnam, Alli, Daniel and Johnny being together and then this incredible fight at the Larusso-House: OMG. This was awesome. Tory hunting Samantha was the best! Her face, the music. Simply wow!
The Mandalorian: Chapter 16: The Rescue (2020)
OMG what an end
I really try to avoid spoilers, so:
- this was awesome
- I can't believe, I have just seen some Mr. S vs darktroops
- I thank god, I didn't switch it off, before it REALLY ended
Best episode so far!
Skin (2018)
This didn't touch me at any time
This movie had an awesome cast and it's based on a true story.
But: it's boring as hell. Even the soundtrack bored me.
And to see Samuel Culper and Caleb Brewster as white power Nazis didn't make this any better. My god, how amazing Turn was because of these two guys.
This was pretty much waste of time.
Away (2020)
People don't get what this is about
I agree, that there are some unrealistic parts in this. For example all these psyciological problems or that no one trains with resistance bands, which real astronauts do pretty much all around the clock to not lose muscles and bones plus many more things....
But: when I see a movie, that really touches me and lets me get wet eyes in each episode, I must rate it damn high. This is so well acted, there is so much drama in it, there is so much to learn about love, trust, family and about what really counts in live, that it's not at all important, that we see some unlogical space-stuff.
So guys, calm down, rate it realistic ( 1 of 10? Are you stupid?) and enjoy this awesome show!
The Terror (2018)
Boring and disappointing
A very interesting start, good actors and a good story turns into fear of a horrible CGI-creature and 4 hours of simply nothing happening except some more people dying by disease, Hicky revolts and some more of them get killed.
At the end, nothing really has happened. Some people have died, the north-west-passage wasn't found and the creature is dead.
Extremely boring except for some dialogues.
Thor: Ragnarok (2017)
Slapstick
I was really looking foreard to this movie, because I loved part 1 and 2.
But watching 1 minute I was already disappointed. Horrible slapstick humour, nothing of the spirit, that made part 1 so succsessful.
The plot a horror. Gods of Asgard and Hulk fighting on a 5th element like planet, finding a black valkyrie? Wtf? Then this anime music omg.
