Made a decade ago! You can't express the entirety in one review! I originally wanted to watch this film for the actors, Emile Hirsch who plays Lance and Paul Rudd who plays Alvin. Once I started the film I can admit that it was a little slow. The audience is told right away that this is about true-life situations! Alvin and Lance portray local fellers doing a job for the community and for money, of course. The adventure takes a toll on their life, it takes a toll on their friendship. All the while you learn about these two goofy guys and the deepness of the relationship that they develop. You do find yourself on rocky roads and fallen in little rivers, but in the end you feel it in your heart! The twists and turns that this film bring aren't up for conversation! You just have to watch it please watch this film.

I can't not watch a movie made in my home town. Never the less, one I auditioned for and didn't get cast! So, it is a hard start but you quickly get into ISH. I love me some Queen and Chris Bridges. They are phenomenal, of course. I never really have seen a film put together like this one. The family is one rag tag team for sure. I give the production a 9/10 . The film looked great. I think the director or editor could have made each moment w the cast a little better. It just seems flaaaat. Jordan did a most amazing job with his newest film. I am so highly impressed. But I knew it would be a banger. The cast was k!ller. I expected nothing and left w everything I ever needed. I will watch over and over for years to come.

Mind you I was a youngster back in the day, I did not understand it all. I did find it intriguing and entertaining. Now as an adult, I find the entire film to be adequate. I really do love all the characters. The acting is done so well for a 90's Teen Movie. The jokes lasted for years. Definitely one of a kind, until you get all the AMERICANS...

You would not be able to sleep for days. This storyline keeps you away from drugs for sure. I cannot tell you how good i think the actors are. I can try. WE love each and every one equally. But Jared. He's a star and our Poor Mister Marlen Wayans. I root for him in this because of how despairing he is. Please watch in the light of day w some sweetly flavored popcorn and a slushie!

Life is intense. We struggle no matter what. But find yourself in an impossible situation, and it feels like nothing will ever be the same. This family went through hell and back. We see three young boys struggle alongside their mother and father. You wonder if anything will change.
As soon as penguin enters this family's life, you find her mirroring moms progress and sticking by her side through the failures. As though they are one in the same. Sometimes something so small can save you.
The cast gave new life to this ture story. Their hearts were very much in the film. They carry them on their wing, per se. It's such an experience, a journey. You can feel the pain but you can also feel so much love. This film will humble you and bring you new beginnings.

These two men make a great partnership. They give the film the dichotomy it needs. We find ourselves routing for both the new and the old and the good and the bad. I find myself guessing the outcome of each scene. Surprisingly stunned by each twist and turn. If you're looking for a calming yet titillating crime thriller... it's the little things!
