Gotham Knights (2023)
Holy Bat-Crap!
Wow. I had the bat set low, but this went under the bar and just kept digging. I know the quality of shows on CW have gone down over the years but with Superman & Lois being consistent I figured this had a chance. I knew going into it that Batman/Bruce is dead, but there is absolutely nothing to connect to the Bat-lore. Harvey Dent was 2 Face & was a Contemporary of Batman. Now he's just the DA? Batman killed Joker and left his daughter an orphan with daddy issues. Batman doesn't kill. Thats kinda his thing. At least explain why he killed Joker. Have some more backstory so we at least have some connection and start to care about the characters. Have a little background on why Bruce adopted this kid out of nowhere. Now all the kids from Gothams Rouges gallery are all these whiny brats? I gave it 2 episodes and it is absolute garbage.
Young Rock (2021)
I smell what the rock is cooking, smells like...
It's bad. So bad. Bad acting, bad storytelling, it looks like it's just an ego project for Dwayne.
Jerry Seinfeld: 23 Hours to Kill (2020)
Still the best
He still has it. Jerry walks on stage, muses about life, how we're addicted to phones, port a potties, marriage, getting older, and everything in between. And, he's as funny as he's ever been. One of the best comedy specials out there.
Shadows of History (2020)
Supernatural Unsolved Mysteries
Each episode is a trilogy of "real" stories supposedly from reputable newspapers from the past, seemingly from late 1800's - early 1900's. Do not come here for serious paranormal investigations. Do come for Robert Englund's narration, the campy acting, & plausible stories. It's a fun series if you're into this kind of thing.
