Original, dark and hilarious!

Well, I'm in just for one episode so maybe my experience is not totally accurate in relation to all I haven't seen yet but so far it is BRILLIANT!

Honestly, I started it without any expectations and was properly rewarded for it, series debut is dark, eerie, hilarious, smart and convincing all at the same time.

Written well, acted great, cast is spot on, I can't say when I was so thrilled to see next episode as I was today. Although it is not strictly comedy or thriller but a masterful mix of both, I guess it checks all meaningful boxes of both genres.

So, people give it a try, it won't disappoint!

P. S. To the person who gave it 1 star: did you even watch it? ...

Some titles cannot be adapted to the US market

Don't waste your time on this pile of soft sh**e, just watch Friday Night Dinner. In the middle of the first episode and I didn't laugh once. No charm, no acting or, I suppose just impossible task - adaptation of almost perfect British comedy. Miscast on almost everyone, great otherways actors just don't "work" here. It will not be the next "Office", I honestly doubt it will become something like US version of "The Bridge ".

Why the hell they put grandma on the 1st episode?

Why people behave "normal"? .... and so much other why's.

Really people, it looks like it was made for Netflix, dumb and bland.

Sorry to disappoint.

This is truly the best show if the season! It's kinda hard to explain, but if you continue to watch it after you think it's enough of this garbage, it will show you all its beauty.

It's dull and boring, sorry. I believe, it's for those IT guys who plan to have their children when they finish with their carrier... Disappointing.

Overall it's definitely far more watchable than most of Mr. King tv adaptations, intrigue and suspense is like King's textbook. But. Forgive me all, I'm not a easier, but Holly is not really pulling her weight... Love the book, really strange feeling about this piece.
