Immature techniques and...boring

In addition to the title I believe he may have mislead the killers in the interview. The scope of the interview seems to be about him showing he is a though moral authority. He didn't bring anything new to this genre and his interviewing techniques are shallow and narcissistic. Gave a 3 only because it matches the demographic of "scandal and gossip" tv shows and it goes well as a background noise when you're busy.

Lenox Hill (2020)

One of the best TV shows I've seen

I don't watch reality TV shows. Just not my type, especially after associating them with the Kardashians or Wifes "something".. Even reading a bit of description of it being about working in a hospital. But anyway, I was really stressed one day so i just pressed play on Netflix. To run it in the background while I was finishing some work. Wow! I can't even write on the qualities and the faith and respectbit gave back for the hard work, ethics, humanity the medical staff show throughout the episodes. Not only that is entertaining, but is also educational(!). Im addition to this, I was very hooked also on the cases they show throughout the series. With the permission and support of the patients and their families we can actually witness the real hopes, fears, joy and tragedies the families and medical staff are going through. A big round of applause is in order for the patients, their families, medical staff and the producers of this show!

Spenser Confidential (2020)

Great classical "cop" buddies with great performances

Comedy: 10/10, MW seemed to have perfected his style for police /action comedies. His acting technique, energy and screen carisma suits him perfectly in this movie. The overall comedic screenplay, from punch lines to characters and situational comedy has the optimum creativity, quantity and engages the audience Acting: 9/10 I wasn't very impressed with the chemistry between between the "couple" of the movie, seemed somehow too forced , although I was easied into it. It didn't bothered me that much, mainly an observation.However, all characters are very well portrayed, very well played and diverse. Story: 9/10 Great standard (ex cop starts an investigation on his own = lots of things happen). So nothing new, however, this is actually whu we like these typical type if movies, no?

I really loved this movie, great for cinema and TV. Thicks all the boxes: action, investigation with several twists, good acting, charismatic actors, solid characters and comedy. and emotional scenes.

I'm already looking forward for the next one.

Braven (2018)

Deliverd as expected: action; more than expected: acting

Before I decided to watch this movie on Netflix, I read through some of the low score reviews. So I was expecting not a bad movie, but a ridiculous bad movie. Now that I've seen it I am actually surprised of the low reviews from some viewers. The action scenes are as expected from action movies. Actually, I would give these 10/10 as, for a low budget movie, they are rather original and well filmed. To actually have a consensus amongst unhappy viewers that they are ridiculous is just as ridiculous in itself. This way ALL action movies are bad as, news flash for some: they exagerate for entertainment purposes :) Please don't try this at home. Acting wise: a little better than expected. The script is not done in order to highlight acting skills but, I must say I was a little prejudiced before watching Braved due some previous Mamoa films. So I am pleased to see maybe more meaningful lines and surprisingly, a good balance of character roughness but not crossing into the lone, though, monosilabic mountain Rambo hero. Well done. For this type of movie I would give 8/10. I loved how they filmed the scenery, the details of the falling snow and even action scenes. 10/10 Script: oh well, I do agree, it's quite weak. Does make you raise an eyebrow at times and has a slow build-up. But then again, I think the rest of the movie compensates and it doesn't alter the viewing experience too much. I believe the "rushing through" gaps are sort of natural considering it's an action movie, so it doesn't do very well on some character building or small dialogues. 6/10 My opinion: good movie. I recommend to watch this movie unbiased; if you like Saturday evening action and popcorn movies you would be satisfied.

Good Boys (2019)

The movie delivered what it meant to deliver

I can see that most of the bad reviews target the "normalisation" of such an "outrageous" teen behaviour; I understand why it can be debatable, but this is a comedy and gives a comedic spin to a subject that (weather parents like it or not) all teens are experiencing: awkward curiosity and transition to sexual/romantic/gender interest. And, an important aspect: it is clearly advertised for 15+ audience.

Yes, it was cliche; it didn't present any innovative screenplay, some jokes were obviously hyperbolised, but: it was actually a hilarious film. The comedic experience and overall journey throughout the movie was well written; the acting was good; the bond between the 3 bin bags members was quite well portrayed. I like that it carried also a message about friendship; the cast was well selected and diverse; the main characters were actually very strongly individualised which I think gave a big plus to the "glue" of the story. Overall I would recommended for a fun trip to the cinema, but definatelly not a movie for a more conservative taste in comedies.
