I dont think anyone understands this movie but Jeff and Alison

I truly want to give this movie 10/10 and I would if I could figure out the movie but I can't. Ive watched it several times Ive spent all week on reddit and noone seems to understand this movie. Its almost like this was a private movie written for Jeff and Alison and noone understands but them. This could seriously be my favourite movie if I understood it. I understand the director wants to keep the viewers guessing and take their interpretation but it just doesnt work for this movie. Its sooo ambiguous that an amazing 10/10 movie becomes actually annoying and less appealing because theres no answers. I really hope the storyline is cleared up for the fans because understanding the story is needed for this movie to work

I really did try and want to like this movie. Im a huge Allison Brie fan and Deb Ryan fan and I love arty movies with a ending that leaves you guessing but... this just went overboard. The message they are trying to make gets too lost with the movie trying to be so "clever". If they are trying to send a message about mental illness it's definitely not clear enough. The director said in an interview he wanted to leave audiences guessing the ending but theres enough clues about the real meaning or the real ending and its so clear, sorry but no. Actually either ending whether its real or not has huge storyline holes in it that make either not make sense. This comes off as the director wanting to appear clever rather than it actually being clever and its too much. This would have been such a better and well liked movie if they reeled it in a bit. It just went too far and its a shame because it could have been great if they didnt go over the top with it

I really did try to enjoy this film, I actually quite love art films or movies that make you think but I just didn't understand the point of this movie. Lena Dunham strikes me as someone who got way too many "participation awards" as a kid and now just has an entitled attitude and thats how this movie came across to me. What really was the point of this? Please feel sorry for the miserable privileged girl who's wasting her life and attracts misery because shes miserable? I didnt get it. I tried to but..

Home Sweet Hell (2015)

I think Katherine Heigl is fabulous in this movie

I think Katherine Heigl plays this character so well its so believable I love this movie! Watched it several times now would recommend
