Welcome to Wrexham: Hello Wembley (2022)
More exciting than any other football doco
This show is so well made, Iv watch all of the all or nothing Amazon shows and this episode alone was more exciting than anything Amazon has put out. When I started watching I had never even heard of the team but over the course of the series I have fallen in love with the players, managerial team and fans. I watched the entire game on the edge of my seat which is incredibly hard for a football show to make happen. Fun but one of the most stressful things Iv watched. Obviously I was absolutely gutted by the result iv deliberately not looked up what happened and I'm praying Wrexham get the promotion they very much deserve. The way I have fallen in love with this team just goes to show the quality of this tv program. Credit has to be given to rob and Ryan for making such a well made, funny and exciting show.
Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021)
For me a 10/10 however maybe not for all...
I am a long time spider man fan I grew up on Toby Maguire I have also watched every spider man film multiple times and have seen every project marvel and co have put out so far. However my dad has not. Although he enjoyed the spectacle and action he did not come out of the cinema with the buzz and thrill I got. The film is fun for all but I feel only truly a 10/10 experience if you are a real fan so don't be surprised if you find this movie doesn't match your expectations!
Jessica Jones (2015)
David Tennant carried this show.
He was incredible in the first season it's what made me love the show. However after watching the second season I realised there is no appeal without him.
Arcane: League of Legends (2021)
Knew nothing about LoL, still loved it.
The plot of this show is rich, layered and filled with emotion. However the animation is where the show really stands out and is best during the fight scenes, they feel perfectly over the top as you would expect to see from an animated show but also visceral and personal. I personally cannot understand the bad reviews but whether you are a fan of league of legends or not I highly recommend watching, I went in with no knowledge of the game and absolutely loved the show. 9.5/10 in my books.
Utopia (2013)
Really bloody good
I came to this show because a YouTuber said it was good and so naturally I had low expectations. My god I was wrong. This show is so good, the mystery is amazing, the characters are well written and it's really gory as well as this an amazing soundtrack ties it all together. The only thing that annoys me about the show is how few people have seen it I WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT TO SOMEONE.
Loki: Lamentis (2021)
Weird
Was Loki flirting with himself/herself?? Kinda weird cant lie. Everything else was pretty good even if it was a filler episode.
Tenet (2020)
Not a masterpiece but a lot of fun!
I'll keep it short as other reviews cover this in much more detail. This film although the premise is actually quite simple is very very confusing and difficult to follow. The characters are under written and the acting can feel corny at times. HOWEVER the film is so much fun to watch and the visuals of inversion are incredible. Despite the cons of this film I would recommend to everyone and I would love to watch it again!
Bringing Up Bhabie (2019)
Masterpiece
Honestly a true masterpiece I cannot find a single problem with this show, it is truly incredible not just in content but in cinematography and directing as well, absolutely stunning, a timeless piece.
Black Mirror: Smithereens (2019)
Andrew Scott at his best
Some have been saying this is not black mirror, I disagree but ignore the plot this episode is worth watching just for Andrew Scotts performance it's incredible.
