Moonfall (2022)
If 2020 met Armageddon
You need the most staunch sense of willingness to suspend disbaliefe to follow this movie. If 2020 met Armageddon and they had an illegitimate child. Merely extending the timeline figuratively would have added some sense of realism. The whole story takes place in less then 2 weeks. Everything from physics to family dynamics change from scene to scene. It was entertaining once I gave up on the premise.
Star Trek: Discovery: Coming Home (2022)
Sci-fi but not Trek
Simply caos compared to the structure established by all other StarTrek series. This is intended for millennials, it's the participation medal of the StarTrek universe.
The Twilight Zone (2019)
Rehashed
Just a contemporary look at classic archetypes and plots from the original series. Hopefully we get to see some original material sooner rather then later. I will definitely watching.
Star Trek: Short Treks (2018)
Remember Aeon Flux cartoon shorts?
It will all tie in together at some point and it may not matter. The point is more insight and a different perspective on what we know or will see. ST: Enterprise tried this and failed because people want continuity. This is why it's tied into ST: Discovery. Enjoy it for what it is, more Trek!
