I vaguely remember watching the first movie of the trilogy, Unbreakable (2000). I didn't know then there would be sequel, Split (2???). I don't think I ever saw Split, but it will be the next movie I watch, maybe tonight.
I only watched this movie because there was nothing else playing that turned my crank tonight.
I went in not expecting much really, and fluctuated, ratings wise, through out the movie. Most of the movie I was at a 5 or 6 rating. Three quarters of the way through I was very "into it" and it had moved to an 8 plus. But with only 2 or 3 minutes left I was disgusted and was ready to give it a 1.
But then the ending blew me away and I ended up with a feel good solid 10 rating .
Heck I might make a long night of it and binge watch all 3 tonight now : )

Spectacular, is the only way to describe this "gem" of a Canadian movie.
Though not sure how "Canadian" it is as mostly american and 1 british actors/actresses. Must be the money. Always follow the money : (
But still filmed in Canada, that counts for something (mostly tax credits, but what ever)
Still is a very "great" movie. Lots of smoking (I'm a smoker, so I approve), and lots of quirky fun. How in the heck the Irish are involved I don't see, must be the money trail again. Capitalism soooo sucks : (

There should be a law about making a movie this bad. It is massively historically inaccurate. Its only point seems to be to slander the valiant soviet soldiers and Red army that defeated the filthy german nazi scum. One of, if not the worst movies I have ever seen.
