I don't care much about the opinion of critiques and try and look at films and television shows with a clean pallet.

Johnny English Strikes Again (2018)
A Super Fun Ride
Johnny English Strikes Again was a welcome return of Rowan Atkinson to the big screen. The film had numerous laugh out loud moments as the enduring yet foolish English stumble around everyday life in his quest to solve a high tech mystery as a spy. The idea of making English a high school teacher was also a welcome surprise and really a fun way to get to see English's more enduring side.
A definitely must watch if you are looking for a fun night out with the family.
A Quiet Place (2018)
Feel the thrill...
John Krasinski captivates his audience by slowly building tension with a dramatic undertone. Emily Blunt, as well as the entire cast delivered an enduring performance.
I loved the slow reveal of the monster and the really effective score as well.
This is a "must see" thriller!
Drive (2011)
Tonaly Brilliant
Have you ever wished that a film's soundtrack would just magically make it to your phone after the movie?
WOW! What an awesome look into filmmaking and how a director conveyed tone in a really subtle but effective way. I loved watching this film and afterwards, dare I say it: I felt cool.
That same "cool" I use to feel as kid wathing karate movies.
And boy oh boy, I am sure enough going to get the soundtrack!
Leading Lady (2014)
Enjoyable Romantic Comedy
I have seen better, but I have also seen way worse. This film doesn't pretend to be an angsty reflection of humanity, it's rather a successful light-hearted journey to a more unexplored part of the world. I had a few belly-laughs, but mainly enjoyed the journey with the characters.
It's definitely not a film for pseudo-intellectuals and will not spark in-depth conversations at a pub, but it will make the average day seem a bit more enjoyable and could leave you with a smile on your face.
