Note: There may be some cases in which two titles have similar scores, but one title is objectively superior to the other. This is because they were created with different goals, themes, and target audiences in mind, and they work well enough in their own way.

Death on the Nile (2022)
Barely an okay movie
It takes an awful amount of time to get to the mystery and the tension to rise. Once again, the characters are not fleshed out. Armie and Gal seem to have little chemistry and the performances, in some parts, fall flat. For what it's worth, Kenneth Branagh is great in his part. The CGI-rendered Egypt is noticeable and at times off-putting. But we get a whole arc for the moustache, so that's great, right?
What If...?: What If... Captain Carter Were the First Avenger? (2021)
Good Start
The first episode takes us back to the oldest story in the MCU, i.e., the birth of Captain America. But now, in this timeline, some events took place differently and instead of Captain America, we have Captain Carter. It was nice to see how some events were different than the ones we know of. The animation was great. The voice acting was very good. As for the pacing, I understand that the episode wanted to show almost everything that happened in a 2 hour movie (with some different events obviously), but it would've been even better if there had been some breathing room. Maybe 40 minutes an episode? Anyways, I liked most of the things and it was a very good start to the show. Looking forward to the more complex and interesting stories.
Thoroughbreds (2017)
This is gold!
Going into this movie, I was expecting a standard thriller comedy. To my surprise, it was much more than that. It was twisted, dark, and funny at the same time. The dialogues, the characters, the tone were all amazing. The story is quite simple yet it requires certain amount of attention to understand what it wants to convey, which again is a very very good message. Great film by Cory Finley. Highly recommended.
