I'm currently watching this and was wondering why the rating was so low. The content is superb and on point, all scientifically proven information. The first portion is more about our personal abilities and those connections. I do agree that the visuals lack engagement. It is more like an audiobook for me as the visual content isn't holding me to it. But the content is what I'm rating and due to the lack of cinematography I'm knocking off 2 stars so I'm giving 8/10.

Very revealing with a lot of great information

This documentary was very revealing and gave information about the human body, hormones and the inner workings that should be taught to EVERYONE and thoroughly explained because it's all very simple-the basics are at least. Highly recommend watching! If you have any type of suspected hormone issue going on even more so aka all of us!! Hormones control almost all things in our body!!

Glad I didn't listen to the star rating!

I wanted to see this movie when it originally came out and put it to the side and saw the terrible review rating and didn't watch for over a year. I just watched it and it def wasn't terrible and I had quite a few laughs and would call it good movie. Not great, not mediocre but pretty good!

A MUST SEE FOR ALL!

This is an incredible film that I will be sharing with many people including my family. It is a few years old and science is ever evolving, but most of your "average every day people" will be unaware of this VITAL info. I do have some knowledge due to having a decade long struggle with health, inclusive of the gut and brain specifically. This was a breath of fresh air, as it always is, to hear loud and clear the facts from seasoned professionals in the field. I live with these clear interactions loud and clear daily and to be able to show those close to me these connections is a godsend. So grateful to the researchers and docs at the forefront of this research. Europe is light years ahead of the US medically, sad for us, but I'm thankful someone is doing it!
