While NOTHING can replace James O'Barr's comic book/graphic novel The Crow, I did find the movies and television series very entertaining. At first, I didn't think I'd like The Crow: Stairway To Heaven, but I enjoyed all 22 episodes immensely. People have said it rips off the first movie. I disagree. With TV guidelines being different, the writers have added some new twists to The Crow mythos more interesting. I particularly liked how the television series focused on how Eric Draven does or does not do everyday things like eat, sleep, and pay rent. THAT is something that was NEVER done in the movies.
