6.9? 6.-blanking-9 for this garbage? I rented this last night and it was SOOOOO bad, I had to make an entry.
It's not the acting. There are some talented folks in here. (Scott, Foley, Arkin aren't bad. Phillips is, well, Phillips.) It MIGHT be the editing, which about threw ME into an epileptic fit.
No, it's the script! Who could have read this and said, "Wow what a great concept. Let's do a heist movie against the backdrop of a (non-alcoholic, non-drugged out) Rave?" Oh, oh, and I know, let's use a funny Canadian guy as an FBI agent, and let's NOT hide his accent at all. (You know what I'm talking aboot, don't you?) And how did these guys set up a bust at an after-hours thing that normally would never have happened? Should have ICED the pizza guy.
ONLY way this movie should be watch is apparently on X so you can appreciate the cuts and lighting effect.
